GREAT SERVICE, PRICE AND PRODUCT
Well done to Natalie at Hi Tech Foam! Great service, I was not overcharged for modifications to my order AND she got my mattresses delivered to my house for free (after she saw the size of my car) They were also fast with making the mattresses (custom sized for our girls beds, dog kennel and camping beds) The quality of all mattresses is also outstanding! Well Done! I will definitely support and recommend you in the future!

Refused Boarding Pass
I booked a mango flight for my brother to fly from Jnb - Dbn 26 June 2015. When he arrived ( with flight confirmation print out) and ID, from his flight from Qatar, he was told he may not use the ticket, fully paid for, as he does not have the credit card used to make the booking. The ticket is in his name, he presented his ID and he is a south African citizen. The ticket was paid for by me, on the 08/06. How can they possibly justify refusing to issue a boarding pass and force him to purchase a new ticket when the one I booked for him was fully paid for 3weeks in advance???? He was forced to purchase a new ticket and thankfully made it onto the flight but I expect that I should be fully refunded for the unused ticket! This was completely unreasonable of the person at check-in and poor staff training from Mango. Please note I have emailed Mango twice since the incident with no response or feedback.

Three Weeks and still no solution
Our internet connection disappeared approximately 3weeks ago. We reported, got an sms ref, then received an sms that it was sorted, it was not. We reported again, got an sms ref, received an sms to say it was sorted, once again, it was not. Repeat process 6 times in total. We have done a reset of the password and username, which did not solve the issue, it is definitely a physical issue with the line which needs to be repaired.<br> Please note our Telkom Account arrived on time, as it does every month with a charge for \internet use". This has gone on way longer than a usual slack response from Telkom and I sincerely hope someone will attend to us immediately as we do a lot of work from home as well. We will be home on Saturday morning"
