Poor working conditions
i work as a permanent casual worker but i have not been called to work for more than 2 months. It’s always one day shifts. There is no progress and they don’t inform us with what is going on and why we aren’t working

I can see that they don't reply even when customers lay their complains.They had a buy 2 Piemans pie at spar and l did everything and won myself a 50 rands cash,that was last week Sunday,on the 9th and they said my voucher and pun will be send between 24-48 hours and until now l haven't received it.Call the customer care met a very rude lady.On Facebook their ignoring me and even on WhatsApp I'm being ignored.Please Piemans give me what belongs to me.You are very bad.What you are doing is wrong.Yes u might not care Abt our complains because you already made you name but remember 1 day is 1 day.God will deal with you

Disappointed in Piemans pies.
I bought a carton of 6 frozen Piemans Pepper Steak Pies from Checkers. We baked 2 of them. When we started eating, the top of the pastry came loose from the bottom, rendering them impossible to eat as a pie. The fillings were far too runny and contained tiny pieces of meat. So far different from the picture on the box. Wondering what to do with the rest of the pies in the box. Back to trustworthy Woolworths pies.

Disappointed in Piemans pies.
I bought a carton of 6 frozen Piemans Pepper Steak Pies from Checkers. We baked 2 of them. When we started eating, the top of the pastry came loose from the bottom, rendering them impossible to eat as a pie. The fillings were far too runny and contained tiny pieces of meat. So far different from the picture on the box. Wondering what to do with the rest of the pies in the box. Back to trustworthy Woolworths pies.

It’s not what’s ontop it’s what’s inside
On a cold Monday(23/09/2024) afternoon I purchased x2 pieman pies from a local Superspar. Both came in at shining R28.99 each (cost of more than a loaf of bread) however my disappointment lays not on the cost or whats ontop of the pies yet what was not in the pies purchased. My husband bit into his Mutton curry pie and enjoyed the taste, aroma and heartiness of this warm meal and I myself with my chicken and mushroom pie. Three bites into the pie we both realised that both our pies have no to little meat. Actually my chicken and mushroom had one piece of chicken and my husband had a mutton gravy with pea pie. In actual fact with a R10 more to each meal we could have gotten a street wise two from KFC and enjoyed actual chicken that you can see,touch and even taste. I am extremely disappointed that as a market leader and custodian in the pie food industry that no attention and details was placed in the quality control process of these two pie flavored or batches

Mutton curry pie is a ****
I m solid ***** of piemans steak and kidney pie and for me it's not a pie unless it's piemans. Today I went to the petrol station where I normally purchase my pies unfortunately they didn't have steak and kidney or pepper steak which I normally buy so I thought let me try mutton curry pie since it's also a meat pie..I regretted that decision cause after 2 bites I realized it's only potatoes inside then I decided to open it yhooo it's crazy how how there was no sign of meat inside, I m so disappointed to say the least coz I feel liked it's a reap off..honestly. I even took pictures coz I m like no maan this is wrong.

Rubber glove finger in pie
My husband bought Piemans pies (product of RCL foods) on Thursday morning. When I took about the fourth bite of this extremely dry pie, i experienced a weird texture, and immediately removed the piece from my mouth. What i discovered whas horrific. I bit into the finger of a rubber glove!!! Immediately felt nausiated. Couldn't eat for the rest of the day!!! How absolutely disgusting and unsanitary!! I have an auto immune disease, and cannot be exposed to súch exposure! I have emailed them, but its been 33 hours and have not received any response whatsoever. Have also gone to the convenience store where it was bought, the manager immediately gave order to remove the batch, but didnt even extend an apology. I really feel that this case needs immediate attention and renumeration!!!!!
