They make promises and then do not stick to them. They cannot deliver and really don't care about customer service.
Unable to deliver a package in two days. Surley if you stuff up on the first day you ensure you fix it before stuffing up again on the second time. Loadshedding and trafic could not be worse excuses to use. We all live with both and we run our day to day just fine,
I placed an online order with them - the product are good and we no longer want to support Dischem. But they did not bother to deliver or respond to emails. Just ignored me. Loveley
Rain did not inform me of out standing amount after the contract had been canceled. My credit card was stolen and Rains app does not allow you to change the card details and they happy repeat debit every day at R8.50 declined because the card is stolen. No one will pick up the phone when you call. No one responds to mail! They on purpose put you in a bad situation because of spitefulnes. Where is the customer consumers act to protect us from this thefing company Several emails sent with no replay I was not informed of the out standing amount your are deducting unlawfully! I am still waiting refunds for data spent. Send me the bank details now. And stop deducting for amounts you don't have permission for. You will refund me every rejected order because to card is stolen! Send me the bank details now and remove my card details from you system immediately! I want a response NOW!

You pay and when you need to claim they are nothing to help you. They just take and take and never give anything back.
Worst worst company in the world. Can't give you internet even tough you payfl for it. They show you have brilliant cover in your area but cannot deliver on what they sell. They are selling under a false presence. I spend more money on mobile data then on rain monthly installment because they are that pathetic.
we added dent and scratch cover on our policy that we have had for more the 4 years with king price. we have never claimed on the policy for any thing. now that i wanted to process a claim for a dent and scuff marks on the bumper i was told that is not covered. I tried to cancel the policy because clearly you do not get what you pay for - i could not even do that due to lack of customer service I can not believe i stuck with these guys for so long!!! They are real scammers
I have on numerous occasions complained about bad internet. They then proceed to send you a long list of stuff you need to do to ensure your internet works. But with the telkom rooter we had we never dan to rest the stuff as often as rain. The website promises strong signal but it does not come with a no internet clause.
I agrees with the rest of the complainants that rain on the worst rip off in the world!!!! They don't even bother responding any more. The service is shocking and nobody wants to give you your money back or service. Rain is run like eskom. You allowed to have reception when they see fit!!!!!!!!
