This business does not communicate with you. I placed an order on the 7th of January 2025. When I inquire I might her a response a week later saying they are waiting for stock.i had to buy from another supplier as I ran out of stock. I have now requested a refund on email, WhatsApp and I get no response. When I try and phone the phone gets pushed dead. This Business is terrible I would advise people to stay away.
I have been waiting 2 weeks for them to collect a new faulty inverter that I ordered online ( I received a faulty inverter) The agent (ticket no.753455) keeps telling me the courier is set for collection, but they just never arrive. I have emailed, called, sent WhatsApp's and dm'd and I am still waiting. And I can't get a replacement before they collect the faulty one. 2 weeks, pathetic. Their customer service is terrible.
I ordered goods from Biovea, they sent me a tracking no on the 12th of June - tracking no 40041291533, I have still not received my parcel. After numerous phone calls and enquiries I was told that they will be following up with the agent, and will contact me within an hour. I have still not received any feedback on one of my calls or enquires.<br> I have still not received my parcel either.
