Extremely Good Service From Shopping4Africa.com
I ordered a J.V.C. D.V.D. player from Shopping4Africa.com and the service I received was extremely good and efficient and I would definite buy from them again and I would recommend to anyone ! Extremely FAST too !

Bonitas do not read e mails
<p>I transferred to Bonitas from the L.M.S. on January 1.Bonitas is just like those adverts on T.V. that shows bumbling Bonitas staff! My premium though standing in the bank for some reason Bonitas could n't deduct it and I finally had to manually pay it in! As I get paid on the 10 th of every month I asked if my premium could be deducted about that date,Certainly the call centre man said! We can deduct it on the 15th of every month! That will be great I said! But he said you must send an e mail requesting that! I sent an e mail. The reply came back. You can only have your money deducted on the 1st or the 25 th !!!!!!!!!!! I replied and said then can I have it deducted on the 25th! There was no reply to my e mail ! At this stage I decided I had no confidence in Bonitas and cancelled my membership .My wife is an epileptic and I need a good reliable Medical Aid. Unfortunately Bonitas seems to only read certain e mails. I phoned again about my cancellation and was told it was the wrong e mail address and I must send the e mail to retentions ********** All I get is a automated reply as no one wants to read e mails at Bonitas!!!!!!! I can't even resign from Bonitas!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

What happened to my prescription?????
Went to get my medicines from Clicks, Walker Drive today 17th March but found my prescription has gone missing! The new prescription was taken in in February and I was able to get my February medication without any problem! Fortunately the beautiful young lady who served me allowed me to obtain my medication but where is my prescription? Did someone throw it away? I also cannot understand why I and my wife get the same medication every month they never have the right medicine and we nearly always have to go back to complete our prescription. For me it does n't matter but my wife is an epileptic and the medicine is critical to stop fits.
