I joined the gym 4 years ago, and has never had a levy deducted from my account on the 1st of December. Last year I got an email informing me of the levy that will be deducted. I went to the gym in November and asked to see my contract, but am still waiting to see it. I contacted the service centre and received an email that my inquiry is being investigated. Then nothing happened and I get an email saying that the case has been closed. <br> I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE MY CONTRACT! This delay is just confirming my suspicion that my levy deduction was fraudulent and I want my money back!!!
We have a prepaid dongle and got it to use when we come to the Karoo, where only vodacom works. We haven't used it in a while and when I tried to use it on Fri 4 Nov, there wasn't any data on. I loaded 500mb of data on but it was still not working. I called 082 155 and spoke to MJ, who, after investigation, saw that the sim number (0826298187) was recycled and given to someone else and that the 500mb was loaded on that number. She then put me on hold for a long time and when she finally spoke again, she said that what I should do is buy a new sim card (0606339499), call back and she will then be able to transfer the 500mb to the new number. She gave me a reference (A1 XDD53 3DX2PE). Now, this is a very remote town that does not have a vodacom shop, so my father bought one in Cape Town and sent it to me. I received the sim this morning, opened it and called back to get my data back. After calling THREE times, they tell me that they will be able to do a simswop, but then did absolutely nothing!!! Then Reza, said MJ was wrong, but the company must take responsibility for their employee giving me the wrong information and set it right. Deduct it off her salary if you have to Assholes!

After precisely following procedures and making countless phone calls and writing endless emails, my orthopaedic surgeon's account has not been paid in full. Its been 3 and a half months and this issue is still not sorted out. I've explained to them that the doctor's office has incorrectly dated the invoices sent to the medical aid, and then I let them know, so they sent their correctly dated invoices through but it's still not settled. Wtf. I don't even know what to to anymore, between being harassed by the doctor's bookkeeper for the money and trying to explain to the useless call centre folks what the f#@??%&
