1st Off all, they started charging for a 2 Meter Box, when we entered a 25cm Box. To refund takes more than a week after several requests. Now the prices went up tremendously. Something that cost R250-00 now will be R750-00. The are going to loose many customers. Luckily there are other Courier Services to look at.
A Lady phoned me to do an add for our company. She said there is no charge after I asked het. She was determined that I fill in a form and submit. A week later I received a invoice of R12000-00, without receiving a quote first. They demand that I pay the amount. I now saw on Internet the following: Teledialcom is a ****123. They try to trick you into advertising on their website, which they can't even give you a link to or simply supply the website name. They are known to charge you an R11 000 bill for absolutely nothing. They work with an unregistered debt collecting company named Laflar Debt Collectors, which does not exist and all their contact details are not reachable.
The issue was not resolved. I still have connection to the router without Internet. If I knew this was going to happen when I upgraded, I would have cancelled everything and look for a different Service Provider. I never had any issues with Webafrica until I upgraded. First of all some bright spark cancelled my New Working Service and kept the one that was supposed to be cancelled. Now I received a New MTN SIM Card, but no one seems to be able to assist to get me connected. I did pay the R99-00 for the new SIM Card after my previous one was cancelled. Noe I see I must make my new payment off R418-52. Are Webafrica just going to receive my money, but don’t give me service? Is that how the SPECIAL works? Webafrica is now ignoring me, except ¬ they want money again! After all this time I still don’t have access to Internet, and I see my next payment of R418-52 is due. I did everything as requested to get access, but still nothing. Support tried to help me on Live Chat and WhatsApp, but still nothing. Was the Fixed LTE: MTN (Sim Only) 50Mb Uncapped bdz63@mtnfixed SIM Card RICA’D? It normally is before it is delivered.
I bought a Infrared Thermometer (Penrui) from Clayton Michael Pillay (072281 7714) on 2020-05-12. From the start everyone's temperature show above 40 Degrees Celsius. I asked if the unit can be calibrated on 2020-05-12, 2020-06-17, & 2020-07-02. All answer that I get is that they wait for the supplier to come back. I paid R1 322-50 for something essential, that is now lying in a cupboard. I bought it due to Covid 19, to test everyone that enter our shop. Please can someone assist. The unit needs to be replaced.
