Great international relocator if you don't mind unexpected extra costs.
Based on positive reviews, we requested Sterdts (PTY) LTD to transport our household belongings from Cape Town to Spain. The commercial department of Sterdts responded fast and accurate on our request and questions. That was until we complained. Then they started hiding behind their logistical department. That department forgot to book a container for our relocation. As a result they had to use another liner that shipped the container with our goods from Cape Town to Spain via SINGAPORE. For this ‘service’ they charged ZAR 22.000 above the originally agreed price and the total transfer time increased from a planned 4-5 weeks to 13 weeks. To ensure payment, our goods were held ransom. Only after all extra charges were paid, the goods were delivered with (a lot of) minor damage. So if you want your goods to arrive at their final destination in fair condition and don’t mind a lot of unexpected and unnecessary extra costs, Sterdts is the company to go to.

Highly recommend moving company
We used The Moving Guy in Cape Town for packing and wrapping of our goods. Great team, efficient, on time, neat, clean, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Nicholas and his team.

Ordered meds not shipped after payment.
I ordered chronical meds on the 2nd of August. On the 9th of August the meds were paid for by Medical Aid. On the 12th the meds were still not even shipped, so I cancelled the order. Refund to Medical Aid still pending on the 18th of August. No reply on emails. Very disappointing.
