Brilliant Scam! Charge a call out fee of R500, then quote you a ridiculous amount for repairs knowing that you will not accept but still need to pay the fee. R1200.00 to replace a R365 switch. First quoted me R2800 for a plate replacement and switch replacement, almost the same cost as a complete new oven and stove. Then changed the quote to R1200.00 for a cheap switch claiming it's labor. R900 labor for a less than a 10min job.
On Friday the 3rd of July I've visited Emperors Palace as I regularly do. Around 10pm I went to the main bar on the casino floor to order two toasted sandwiches and a couple of samosas, what I saw while I was was busy waiting for my sandwiches was really unacceptable, the one waiter was sucking on a ice cube and chewing gum while she was standing next to me waiting for her drinks and Alex, my guess F&B duty Manager was standing behind the counter eating samosas. When my sandwiches were done I wanted my samosas that I've ordered and paid for just to be told that it's finish obviously because Alex was helping himself behind the counter. This is really is unacceptable behavior from your F&B staff especially from management level.

The car went into \ limp mode "and refused to gear up higher than 3rd gear. I had to drive like this all the way from Fourways to Kempton Park.
The next morning my car didn't want to start as the battery was drained. I took my car back to them on Wednesday the 28th.. I was send an email saying all the issues are related to the alternator and that's why they don't like doing recons. I finally got my car back a week later on the 3rd of Feb. That afternoon when I went to work the engine light came on again. When I took it in the said that the VVT (variable valve timing) was out.
I took my car in for an alternator issue and got my car back with"
