Pathetic service Pretoria branch!! DSTV decoder not working, countless times, hard drive faulty again. Consultant counter 7 on 16 Aug 24 just broke the box completely and said they do not have stock. Thats not the customers problem!!!! Get stock!! Typically SA service!!!! Another thing, why move your store and open but can’t do anything, not very clever!!! If it was not for Super Sport I would have booted Multichoice DSTV long time ago!!!!!
This is a bit ridiculous, not to say the least. How can you sell products online and, and this is a big AND send me a sms that my order will be delivered today and then, don’t pitch up not let me know and then after I wasted my time to wait for the order and had to follow up myself come with the excuse that there is no stock. If there was no stock why not say online out of stock, or check for stock before processing and THEN SENDING ME AN SMS THAT MY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
I took my mother to the ABSA branch Faerie Glen in the Pick a Pay Hypermarket shopping center. She only had her Edgars account card with her and they could not load the benifficiary for her as they need the banking details of Edgars, which is a preloaded benifficiary with all the banks. It is absolutaly redicoulas that they could not load it. As me myself has work for different banks for 5 years, not ABSA, we could always load preloaded benifficiaries as a person only needs the account number or the reference number for it to be loaded. Even if ABSA is different I am sure there must have been a way to either look it up or access the details from their system. My mother was an account holder with ABSA for many many years, had one with Volkskas back in the day, and just for this small thing is moving to FNB. Small things do count in a competative market!
I'm receiving a spam call every day from the number +442035146788 (international number). I have googled the number and there is many sites saying that it is a spam call. I phoned Vodacom customer care and explained to the guy that I am getting phoned calls everyday from a spam number. I am not complaining about the service I got from the customer care guy I am complaining about Vodacom that is not able to block spam numbers on their network. My device/phone does not support blocking numbers as do no phone according to the customer care guy. Apparently you need an app. I did not gave out my number to the \spammers". I am complaining about the fact that they can't or will not do anything to protect the customer when it comes to SPAM CALLS by blocking the number. I am not saying to give people the right to block any number just Vodacom to protect the customer by blocking numbers that are definitely spam numbers."""
