Zama and Lerato have promised to provide me with statistics for the past 6months and show the calculation of how club prive monthly points are awarded and the monthly play points accumulated from month to month based on the numbers of play for each month. I personally recorded the entire previous years monthly play stats and history to prove that despite everything and all my play history and losses and winnings and deposits for each month it never affected my tier points by a single point and it remained on 45points for maybe longer than 12months and im sure that is the case
For The Past 6months My Club Prive Points Never Go Up By A Single Point But My Game Play And Deposits And Activity And Losses Have Been Over Thousands Each Month. Either Way This Can Be Escalated
A Simple Request To Speak To A Human Is Impossible!!!!!! Since Friday I've been calling and everytime I get cut of and over 50 messages i left chatting with Tobi to please get a agent to contact me back was just very useless and annoying because I couldn't get important work done all because Tobi doesn't know what to do with the issue i have and leaving plenty call back responses was just unnecessary effort and time consuming and very ridiculous and I would like a manager to call me back to resolve my issue and I will have to escalate this because it's a big problem for me and I have been with Vodacom 22years now so I demand answers and not lies and excuses
Dispute On a duplicate transaction swiped at a shop was approved from my account but merchant says transaction was declined. Bongani from the dispute department takes 2 weeks to make a ridiculous first client contact response by asking if I have a receipt or if i took it up with the merchant? 2 weeks just to ask that? Obviously nothing was done for ab entire 2 weeks
Vodacom and hungry Lion sharons place fraud scheme. The only hungry Lion branch is forever offline and they are the only branch in Pretoria who Vodacom has been contracting with with Vouchers to the value of over r10 million rand but because of the Fraud scheme only r2 million at least is been redeemed.
5th complaint now regarding hungry Lion and Vodacom vouchers... The only store in Pretoria is again as usual offline for the 5th time I've been been coming here in the past 2 months. Clearly Vodacom and hungry Lion are committing the biggest fraud scheme in South African history and nothing is being done about it
This is my 3rd complaint regarding hungry Lion vouchers which is always a problem to use at the hungry Lion Store in Pretoria CBD because they forever offline and they limit you by only making use of 3 vouchers per day. Why does Vodacom work with such a poor food store that is the only 1 in Pretoria CBD

This is my second complaint since my first complaint wasn't taken seriously. Seems like the store employees and complaints department treat the customers the same. No service. The store refused to accept vouchers from Vodacom to purchase without any valid reason. I have a video of the bad service i recieved from the manager and I will post it on social media shorty. Id like this complaint to be taken seriously now
This is my second complaint since the 13th. I was told someone from the Vodabucks department will contact to finalize my complaint regarding vouchers for Hungry Lion which they refused to accept. Id like this complaint to please be a priority as im not the only person who has this problem with hungry Lion or maybe Vodacom is aware of the issue but is continuing to scam their customers with vouchers.
