Telkom has a service provider called Openserve and I have now for 2 and a half days not had fibre at home even though we are working from home, After calling my fibre host MWEB I was told that Telkom has no technicians that work on weekends, so from Saturday afternoon at 4 till now the system has been down and after calling MWEB, Openserve many times to understand a timeframe i was sent from pillar to post and sometimes even had the line dropped on me with no call backs. I moved away from Telkom a few years back for the same reason, but now the new house I am in only has Openserve available for fibre to work from home and after only being one month on their lines again I have had countless issues from when the line was transferred (8 days of on and off signal) to no service now for three days. And on top of this I even upgraded the line to a 200meg and was getting 0.67 download and 10meg upload at one stage off a fibre line... MWEB have tried there best to assist me but they also have there hands tied due to Openserve not being efficient.
:26 PM You sent a few seconds ago Dear Nedbank, this message is to inform you of the extremely poor service that I have been recieving over the past two months. I duely noted a transaction that was processed on my account on the 28 July 2020 and proceeded to report it, only to have my card blocked after requesting that only the transaction be blocked, this then I was send documents to complete, which I did and retunred on 4 August 2020. To date nothing has happened with that email. then on the 28 Aug 2020 the same entity deducted again, so i proceeded to teh Nicolway Nedbank to have this addressed, afetr spending 2 hours I was told that they would call me back becasue your lines where faulty. I never received the call but got an email from someone else and they asked me to provide further duplicated evidence and on 28 Sept 2020 another deduction was processed. This has now cost me a total of R2400 which is absolutely pathetic.. i would like to know how you plan on correcting this and refunding me my money... or at least have the damn decency to do something about it.....
https://www.facebook.com/Gauteng-cars-for-sale-101353481433059 This so called company does not exist and the premises are also fake. These scammers want you to deposit money into there account before even seeing the car. Claim to be based in Heidelberg after visiting the premises found it to be a residential house. the link provided takes you to a believable site until you start researching it a bit more. then everything unravels, i just hope that this message gets out there before someone losses their money.
