I logged a call with Afrihost/Vuma at about 13h30, yesterday, 23Jan, I got a message that a technician has been dispatched. It is 8h40 on the 24th, the technician has not arrived. The last time I was told that Britelink responds within 1 hour. It is over 15 hours now. Now that is very poor, extremely poor. Can you do what you have promised.
I cancelled with Mweb to join Supersonic, my router was supposed to be delivered and installed on the 1st. It is the 1st I am disconnected by Mweb and not connected by Supersonic. Supersonic please cancel now as you have proven that you are incapable. I will look for someone who wants this gig.
Poor coverage, service and experience. I have had a connectivity problem for about 8 days. I called daily without luck, got hold of a consultant who reset the line, but that did not help. Finally get through again 8 days later, and I am told my router is old even before the troubleshooting is done properly. We were not informed that our 2,4 GHz router will need to be changed in the future, at our own cost. What is stopping me from looking for another provider. Which is exactly what I want to do, I waitied to be put though to cancellations with no luck. Please cancel my contract.
Billing query still unresolved. Its been months, when I get a call the person does not have a clue about the query and they say they will get more information, then they dont call back. If not resolved today, please assist me with a cancellation of the service.

I called in twice with a technical problem, more than 7 days ago, and my issue is still unresolved. Pathetic service, it's time to find another provider

ADT is useless, they can't sort out their billing. When you call they can even assist you. Very *********** lot.
They make promises they cant fulfill and steak your money. Need a new service provider
