Not looking after the customer
Gearronixs was recommended to me and initially very happy regarding a gearbox problem which was under warranty. Only when analysing the invoice did I realise a reconditioned part was used which was not brought to my attention..When I brought this to their attention, a lot of good intention was shown but truthfully nothing was done. Very disappointing and would not recommend them as a result

6 MONTHS REPAIR AND STILL NO CAR!
With a “don’t care about the customer” attitude and some beyond disgusting service and workmanship from RenewIt panelbeaters, a chosen partner of Discovery Insure, my car is still being repaired after 6 MONTHS. YES HALF A YEAR! And I still don’t have it.
