Rain ISP was amazing. My order for collection from start to finish was under 5 minutes. The Sales person was very knowledgeable , polite and patient. I get to collect my Wifi Router this afternoon. Thanks Rain
We went to Die Damhuis restaurant for the first time yesterday. We had already checked their menue out a few weeks in the making. Upon arriving the ambiance was relaxing , jovial and very welcoming. We were seated at a table of our choosing and we ordered two milk shakes, chocolate not so good but my strawberry. Was nice. We ordered a burger and me always fish and chips when we close to the ocean.They claim that their crispy hake fillet is deep fried in a Vodka batter . It was disgustingly soft and oily. The waitress never not once came to our table and asked us if the meal was okay. She came over once we requested the bill. The manager said that he was sorry and that's it . All Foreigners sad again and a dam shame on the owners hiring all of the same kind . I have never in my life eaten a deep fried hake fillet that was so disgusting. That is for people that has no teeth. The fish was bland with no taste to it . Their condiments was nice but salad was horrible . To the owner I strongly suggest you taste some of your food or maybe I will pick you up ant take you to a few places that sells fish and chips. Better Still I will show how to prepare a crispy vodka batter . Good God my fish is a 5 star compare to yours . Start tasting your food and you might have many more customers coming back . You are the only nice restaurant in the neighbourhood . Crunchy and cripsy not full of soft dough .
I simply love shopping at Woolworth retail stores. I have purchased 2 big packs of Lamb stewing pieces and the presentation looked good as always. When I came home I unwrapped the meat and rinsed it . I basically cut almost half the meat away from thick fat. Woolies this is unacceptable and not on. You charge a lot of money for your products so you should deliver the best quality as promised. Management directives is given to your suppliers to rip us consumers off . Is that the game plan because that is what we see . You must compensate me for all this fat that you are charging me for. Its not right we all work hard for our money and make sure Im not going to give it away to you. I would love to see if your directors make a pot of food with all that hidden fat underneath. That is a hidden shock as no one can see it when they purchase it. No one will purchase that packs if the meat were turned the other way around . I wouldn't
I got Uber X to pick me up at my house and take me to Brackenfell 5 minutes away. He told me to change the request on my app to a quick stop over I gave him my phone and he did it. When we reach the parts store he said no it never went through but dont worry we can work something out cash. When i got home he asked for R30 cash which i did not have so he said just tip me R30 and we done. When I checked my statement a few going up was more and coming home was more than what was quoted initially. So I ended up with three charges. What a thieving disgrace of a human being . I love the spicey Buffalo chicken wings. I find it disgusting that there is only 4 drummets in the bag and the rest is winglets. A wing has a drummet attached to the winglet and wing tip. Their prices continue to rise . If I order Buffalo wings in a Bar or resturant I get equal portions of each. This is not on . Its a ******* and money grabbing from the customers
I purchased a medium french fries at Mcdonalds in Montague Gardens. To my disgust it was almost halfway in the container. Is this how they are ripping the South African people off. I get full chips in the container overseas. Not half. I will delete my app now. No way im going to make them rich when they are blatantly ripping us off. Im shocked that the managers is allowing this.
I purchased three isolar led lights from Makro online. The lights was not holding their charge. I am waiting for months now for a refund . They keep on telling me that the refund is with their finance department and it needs to be done manually. They took my money in a split second when I made my purchase and now I have to wait for months for the refund. Ita disgusting Makro. I called their Online customer service 7 x on Monday morning to do a follow up. 1st call the phone and I was put on hold forever. 2nd call they answered and the phone line got disconnected. 3rd call same thing happened 4th call same thing happend 5th call got answered, I explained to her what happend and she hung up. 6th time I called back , it was answered and again I explained what my issue was and asked to speak with a Supervisor. , waited almost 5min then we got disconnected. The last call I made a Nafree answered and I was grateful she was very helpful. I still did not speak to a supervisor though , too busy as usual. I was told that the Supervisor would email me later and another day no email.. Sloppy service I will not be purchasing anymore products from Makro online .anymore. We will be using the new Online outfit on the block from the States Amazon
I walked into Asami Restaurant yesterday and ordered 2 x chicken fried rice specials and a Sushi D platter slong with 4 spring rolls. Came back 35 minutes later and no order ready . There were only one customer in the store. The waitress basically shouted at the sushi staff as to why my order was not done in their language. When we arrived home I was shocked to see the amount of mayo on the sushi. Rice was hard and the fried ones soggy. The chicken rice was horrible. This dish is best with fresh chicken that is soft and moist.Our chicken was hard and chewy. They spiced it up by tossing on sliced chilly. I dont want a free dinner but would prefer a refund. Our previous order was messed up by Mr D delivery . Wrong order the food was cold and very late. . The staff is very slow they do not prioritize the customers that walk in as I have mentioned . 35 minutes and a 8 x Sushi platter was not put together yet . No something is wrong . I will not support Asami and the can come and collect the rest of their food. No stars for them . They will have a negative rating from me.
I purchased a loaf of Blue Ribbon white bread from Spar Shell Garage in Northpine on Saturday night October 02/2021. We found two squares of bread cut out of two slices. Totally disgusting. So who is eating this and touching all the slices. My family only came across it almost at the end as we were making toasty cheese sandwiches on the braai with our meat
I am totally taken aback by the prices at our Woolworths stores. I shop almost every second day at our Woolworths stores in Brackenfell and support them throughout the year every year, but their prices keep going up and up and up. . We are in a Pandemic world wide. People are struggling in South Africa financially but yet you guys think its okay to blatantly rip off the consumer . This is a very serious problem that need to be addressed urgently. The Consumer Board is already investigating the price fixing of Garlic and Ginger at all stores like Checkers Hyper. OK Bazaar Food stores and Pick n Pay stores alike What a real shame that you guys are so money hungry .....greedy for money in this Country. Your prices should come down since Covid to help this Country .Our Economy is in a real bas situation right now. Drop your prices Woolworths Disgruntled shopper
