I only give a star because you have to. Never in my life have I worked with such unprofessional people: From lying about time frames of submitted documents (they were caught out and had to apologise), obscuring how they do work (they use another company for deeds and only disclosed the information after we asked them), to resubmitting our application 3 times because they overlooked mistakes. Today they were lying about documentation available, so I decided to review them. The person helping me just told me that the title deed will only be available in 4 - 6 weeks, yet the city planner emailed me now saying " Please see attached a copy of your title deed as it was readily available on the Deeds office website." On top of that, not only are they not in Randburg as their email signature suggests (they are in Balito and trust me the courier cost is for your pocket) but the signature is added as an attachment to the email. This makes looking for an attachment close to impossible when you search your emails. Should I mention that the one person got practically hysterical over the phone when I said that their actions are suspicious and that was my reason for asking about the procedures and power of attorney regarding the submission... I had to repeatedly tell the person to calm down before they gave me a chance to speak. No, let me not elaborate because of this, I did not record phone call ...
On 31 January 2016 a MiWay client drove into the back of my car(we were standing still at a red robot and the guilt party's flip-flop broke, so he lost control over the petrol).<br> My insurance (Outsurance)gave me a \claim from another party\" letter which I submitted with other requested documents and photos of the car. I was at 1 panel-beaters but because of the model of my car it was seen as a write-off. <br> This car is my only means of transportation, therefore I has it fixed from my own pocket in the meantime. I submitted by claim via email on 22 February 2016 and have not received ANY Feedback. I feel that I was the victim of this accident (I have not been in an accident for 10 year) and now they still have not compensated for my damage (R 28 000) The guilty party is an Engineer and of coarse his car has been long fixed and he could care less about my financial situation! My husband does not have a full time job and all this money paid for an accident (where I was the victim) has had a traumatic financial impact on our lives. So when is MiWay going to give me feedback and compensation???? Accident Report Number: 22112016"
I gave my phone in December to get fixed, telling MTN that it is NOT the battery. They return saying it is : the battery.<br> SO I gave it in again 6 Jan for the same problem. I don't hear anything from them for a month. I went to go check on the 6th of Feb: They said that it is still getting fixed. <br> a Week later (12th Feb) they phone me saying: they forgot my phone in store, they are sending it away on the 15th of Feb. How pathetic!!!!!
