We have used MTN contract phones for 19 years. Last year, my son paid the cancelation fee around September 1st and got off the phone. By chance, I found out that MTN had withdrawn money every month until June of this year, so I requested a refund from MTN through the Brooklyn branch, but they did not resolve the issue even after 3 months. They said that the MTN headquarters agent who first received the application mishandled the matter, and MTN cannot take responsibility. I have serious concerns about MTN's governance. I want MTN to return the unfairly earned profits to me.
As a foreigner, I have lived in South Africa for almost 20 years. Going to the hospital was not pleasant to me, as it is to anyone. However, after using On Demand Doctor, Pick'n Pay Hyper, and Faerie Glen, going to the hospital is not burdensome. Above all, there is no hassle with reservations. After I went there and sat down for a bit, my turn came. And Dr. Prinsloo is such a nice person that I would take him over for a cup of coffee and talk with him even if I wasn't sick, I also liked the fact that he would continue to practice except for Christmas. I feel like a good doctor I meet in my home country. Thinking of things to be grateful for this year, I can't just pass it over, so I'm leaving a few letters here. He is a great doctor who always thinks and studies seriously from my point of view.
