I am writing this email with deepest regret of ever joining AVBOB i submitted a claim and has been regretted I received an sms saying my policy will lapse on the 25th of March 2026 I ensured and paid my premium so that policy is updated it is unfortunate that the death occurred on the 22nd then on the 23 I paid and I called in first to notify you of what has happened and advised I pay my policy and instructions as per sms. The question i am having know is that why accept my payment where as you won't pay. What exactly do you expect me to do... since you not paying im obligated to contribute hence I asked my family to send me documents so I claim the funeral is tomorrow.. in this case if Avbob is not meeting me in any way might as well cancel the policy and people have told me that you guys dont pay.. please refund my last payment and I look for alternative cover that sympathize with vulnerable black communities like Cebolethu. I have ordered 2 bed sets online herewith my order number: 200019077 Ref number: 9000251125. Expected delivery was 5days as per their agreement the purshase was done on the 31st of May 2022. to date there is no delivery. I am really so Annoyed as I am highly pregnant and moved to a new place I am sleeping on the floor. their online services is extremely slow i have lost count on how many times I have I have called the call center every time they say by 6 Oclock it will be delivered. I am requesting they contact sleepmasters near me to deliver by close of business today. I am trying so hard to calm down and not use Vulgar however I am so close By 3pm i will go to any sleepmaster and I will cause HAVOC : empty promise I should have done reviews prior buying worst ever business not sure why they still around... my instints told me i should try Bradlows or Morkels things would have been better. Vandag I need those beds.
Yesterday I bought a street wise 5 with 8 zinger wings round about 7 pm at KFC Cnr Klein & Noord. The service I have received from the cashier named Zanele was pathetic. I place my order and I asked her so nicely how much is my bill? her response...I can not even describe, she responds and says "I must do the calculation", I ask her what does the till say? she repeats I must do the maths and asks did'nt I go to school. I refused to do the calculation and told her that's not my duty she went on and on still. I am failing to understand how do you place someone at front desk to operate the business with no people s****s like that., she further told me she is not paid to count. How is that of my business? I left that place with disgust and by the way the Que was long and she is arguing with me. She noticed that I noted her name and further responded and said I can go to hell with that and that KFC wont do anything should I lodge a complaint... her job is secure.... I really need a response from KFC you can not have staff of that nature, has this employee attended a customer service course really? is she educated to even begin with. I am so angry even today.... KFC you are a leading franchise you cannot have people like Zanele. Your urgent response in this matter will be highly appreciated!!!
Hi, my name is Itumeleng Maupa. I had a wonderful stay at the Marine Parade hotel @ room 1402 over the weekend, I must say I had a Pleasant stay there . I would like to Thank Ntombi the lady at reception , she is so well spoken, Professional and very well informed about her work. I can't even begin to express my feelings with the service she provided. It was so excellent, A lady like her is an Asset to the Company. All I can say is that no matter how well maintained or beautiful the hotel may be ,if it does'nt have staff like Ntombi then the beauty of it totally fades away. Ntombi has the perfect qualities of maintaining the Garden Court's status.The great attitude that Ntombi has will definitely take her places too. Keep it up lady and stay blessed!!!
I went to the Silverton branch at Old Mutual Finance, the lady who helped me was so efficient and explained everything to me in detail. I must say she is a very good listener , has a good attention to detail skill. she did not only offer advice on an application level but more on financial level she helped me work out my finances. A lady like her is for keeps and an Asset to the company. high 5 to her. infact when you come in to the branch every one is ready to assist you especially the lady in reception, shes able to communicate with you in very professional level.
