I ordered 3 discounted perfumes from Absolute Fragrances on 7 August. Their web pages and social media promises delivery within 3 to 8 days. Its been well over a month since my order and I am yet to receive my order or even a tracking number to give me hope its been shipped. I have followed up with Absolute Fragrances and received promise after promise of delivery and now I am no longer receiving feedback and have been blocked from communicating with them via their social media page.
I am an existing customer of Mweb in JHB but have recently relocated to Cape Town. Due to the service I had become accustomed to I chose to use Mweb in my new CPT residence. I signed up for a new fibre product on 11 June 2021. I am in a fibre ready home and therefore need only a new router and to be activated. Its been a little over 3 weeks of no communication and little to no assistance on the countless calls I've made. When I did manage to get through and speak to a human, I was told the original order did not go through as explained and had to restart the process. This was on 23 June after following up with the courier service (the order tracking email from Mweb stated the courier should have delivered the router 2 days prior but the courier had no order against my name) After getting help on the 23rd of June I had some hope restored but that has since been obliterated by dropped calls and unanswered emails for over a week. I am quite honestly at my wits end and will be canceling the order as well as my still existing JHB product as this experience has been appalling, to say the least.
I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Leila. A few months ago, I fell on some hard times and had to relook my budget to try and free up some disposable income. I was heartbroken to say the least, to cancel my Isabella Garcia package. Today, Leila gave me a call and she was so open, friendly and willing to assist that she managed to find me a suitable package that I could afford. I am elated to know my skincare routine won't suffer and that there are still people out there who care enough to understand your circumstances and help with no judgement. Leila was an absolute professional but also made me feel so important and understood. Thank you for the great service and meeting us halfway!
