What a challenge to try and close this account, been struggling for over two weeks, and still getting nowhere. Everytime there is a settlement amount, that needs to be paid, then I pay it and request to close the account, then there is another settlement, and another, and another, and when queries are made, it is always a different excuse, oh, I have add on services that is still being charged, which is incorrect as all add on services were canceled in store 2 weeks ago when I got the first settlement amount, Very poor service, it's like the left hand doesn't know what the rand hand is doing, and instead of resolving it for the customer, they accept no accountability and just pass the buck around leaving the customer stuck in the middle, with no answers, except for interests accrued through their poor service incompetence

Extremely rude, no respect for people, empty promises made to tenant leasing about fixing leaking taps, running toilet leaking roof to get the tenant to sign, once tenant moves in , has the audacity to swear a pensioner when asked when the repairs will be undertaken. No empathy for elderly people, hoping that karma deals with this rude agent accordingly
<p>On the 18 February 2017, i received a call from an ABSA Sales consultant advising me of al the great features that ABSA has to offer in terms of Credit Card. After a telephonic application process, My application was approved and i was advised that the Card would be delivered to my preferred address within a few days. When the Courier finally arrived on the 06 March 2017, I provided all required documents (I.D. Book, Proof of Address and 3 months Payslips) as per FICA Requirements in order to activate and be able to use the card received. On the 07 March 2017 I followed up with the Call Centre and spoke to a Consultant who advised that not all required documents were loaded on the system. I then proceeded to email the outstanding documents to the ********** as instructed by the consultant. On the 08 March 2017, i again followed up with the ABSA Call Centre consultant, who then advised that the outstanding documents still haven't been loaded and requested that i sent her a personal email with the required documents so that she could try and load it as well as escalate it for FICA approval as well as activation. On the 09 March 2017, I contacted the Call centre again for an update and was advised that the previous consultant had indeed captured all my outstanding documents and escalated it accordingly. On the 10 March 2017, i call the Call Centre again for an update and was asked by the consultant if I've sent all required documents. (Back to square one again). I explained to the consultant the entire story thus far and was advised that i should check again after 3 business days for a status update. Besides the frustration of the delay in this process, The loss of over 200 rand in air time because of long wait time for each call to the call centre, is the fact that i received a statement for this credit card already via email with balance of 160.00 rand due, without the card being activated is a poor reflection of what service delivery should be. At present i am hesitant to use any other ABSA products, or recommend any product to friends and family. To be quite honest, i expected more from one of the biggest Financial Service providers in South Africa and their current customer service status leaves little to be desired.</p>
I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Vaughn and the team of Sundero Pools for making our dream pool a reality. Vaughn was not only professional but also knowledgeable in expertise and advice in our decision in choosing the perfect pool to suit our needs. The end product is truly remarkable, and compliments have been received from friends and family regarding our newly installed swimming pool. Even the quotation of the pool was better than other leading pool builders that were contacted. In essence we got much more value for our money. Thank you Vaughn and Sundero Pools, you guys are the best
