We ( My fiance and I ) have had a Fibre contract with Cell see from about 2014, which is all good and we made our monthly payment every month without ever questioning it, however now after 6 pr so years by chance we noticed on our statement that there has been R80 going of for a sim card. When we questioned it, they realized that it was a sim that was supposed to be cancelled automatically in 2014 once our fibre line was active, however they never cancelled it and it has just been deducting R80 every month since 2014, which brings the total to about R6000. We then requested them to cancel it immediately and to refund the amount that the took from us. We dealt with a lady called Stella, who then informed us that the refund was approved however they refuse to pay us out the money and says they will credit us and that it will then go towards our monthly Fibre costs, however we were planning on canceling our line with Cell C and move to another service provider, and now we will have to stay with them for another 5 or so months just because they refuse to pay us back the money that they took from us. This is ridiculous seeing as how they took the money and now just want to give us a credit when we do not want a credit, we want the money back, and most probably they will forget about the credit and still debit our account. All of this after I gave Stella such a great review when initially signing up with Cell C, and now that there are issues like this she just says we will get credit. I really do not think that a company as big as Cell C cannot refund a loyal customer R6000 that they took from us because of their incompetent staff that did not cancel a sim card all the way back in 2014.
Good day everyone. I saw these 3 Bad reviews, and had to write my own, because I believe that people are quick to add bed reviews, however when you get good service you will rarely go on to Hello Peter to write a good review. We use to go to ( Unnamed Vet ) with our Chihuahuas and we received excellent service, however we moved and the closest Vet was Strubens Valley Vet, so we took our Chihuahuas there for their annual check ups and injections, and from my experience I was stunned at how good the Vet was. The first time, we went there because we found a strange lump on one of our puppies, the Vet immediately examined him and kept talking to the puppy and we just felt comfortable with the vet, eventually it was nothing serious, and as we wanted to pay the Vet said no need it was nothing serious, which goes against the review saying that it is all about the money. The second time we went there I was again amazed at how well he treated our puppies, and how he gave them all their injections ( 2 each ) without them even making a sound. They loved the vet. We kept going back for everything because they love the vet there and the service has always been excellent. Also, comparing their prices to our previous Vet, they were actually a bit cheaper, which again says that the review on how they are only in it for the money is BS. Get your facts right and see what other Vets charge. You might have had one Bad experience, but that does not justify the reviews.
So we have had a Fibre line with cell C for over two years now, a year ago we had to move and one person at Cell C was very helpful and the move went very quick and the new fibre line was active at our new residence the day after we moved in. However, we had to move again as our Landlord is selling the place, so about a month before we had to move we started phoning Cell C informing them and trying to organize everything in time, however we kept hitting a brick wall as the call center staff was so clueless and unhelpful and rude, like they had no idea how to treat a customer. we have been struggling ever since and even after the move we could not get anything out of them. They refused to log the call with Vumatel and kept on saying they have no record or our case number, this is after we have been speaking to about 10 different people as no one want to do their job. Eventually we had to do Cell C's job by phoning vumatel and booking a new installation, then conference call Cell C in to get the authorization and all the relevant detail. Then Cell C told Vumatel they will call them back, which only happened two days later. ( Before I forget, this is after Cell C refused to cancel our line, because the contract expired last year November, and they said it take 3 months to cancel our line and no one was willing to do it at that time ) Anyway then when we threatened them that we are going to cancel and reverse our payment for the month that we had no internet they suddenly phoned Vumatel and the box was installed, After that we phoned Cell C to activate the new line, which they refused to do until a Cell C technician has been to our unit to install a rooter and then he should call them from our unit to activate the line. Now we are still waiting and everyday we phone Cell C they seem to get even more rude and just tells us that someone has been allocated the job and will get in touch with us, however they still have our address from 2 years ago on their system, apparently they see that we do have an active line, but no seems to be able to assist us with getting our fibre up at our new place. Even every time we were promised a call back we never received anything, everyone at cell C is just useless and passes the work off to the next.
I would like to Report Cheryl Strang, what a bad attitude does this woman have. The owner of the unit we are letting is selling and somehow decided to use this Cheryl woman as an agent. She called me and asked if she can take some pictures, this is after some other agent was already there for pictures, however I said yes but we get home in the evenings at 6 and the we will only be available the next weekend, then she went on and told me that that is not good enough for her and that she needs to get in earlier, I told her to phone me on the Monday. Then she just pitches up at my unit on the Friday, apparently someone told her that we were home, however my fiance was home sick and Cheryl actually got her out of bead to open the door after I told her to phone me on the Monday. She phoned me on the Monday and I said she can come the Wednesday at 6, then she started going on again how I must hope that the light is enough and that it doesn't rain, I stripped myself and told her that it is not my problem, as per my contract I can tell her when it is convenient for me, not the other way around, she then stopped me and went on ranting, I put the phone down and texted her, saying that from now on she can text me. She then accepted the time. Luckily for her my fiance was home the Wednesday and I told Cheryl she can go at 4, then she changed the time to 4:30, I was still OK, she came in took about half an hour and then left. The next day she asked to come in again for more, I told my fiance to phone her because I was now getting very upset with this agent. My fiance told her she would take the photos and send it to her, to which this Cheryl actually answered that she want photos of the kitchen with less clutter... the bathroom with more light and that my fiance should straighten out a bit more. I mean really ? We are still living there and work full time from 6 and get home at 6, and she has the F**king audacity to tell us that Sh*t... Cheryl Strang is the rudest and most condescending agent I have ever come across and her attitude is that people should just fall in with her plans because she feels absolutely nothing for the lessees, all she wants is to sell the place and get her commission check. I don't know about the rest of CLE, however having met Cheryl, I would never in my life want to deal with them, just in case the rest of their agents has such bad attitude and think the world revolves around them!!!
So my fiance use to sell the Cazabella products, however she stopped a few years ago, more than 4 years ago, and they collected all her stock from her. Now after all these years they pitch up at her work with a garnish order and insists that she never returned the stupid products and now wants to garnish her. Cazabella are a bunch of crooks, and everyone should stay far and well away from them, specially anyone who is thinking of becoming an agent for them or who wants to work for them. They are effectively now stealing my fiance's money by garnishing her after they collected the stock years ago. What the F..ck Cazabella, wake up !!! How low must you be and how desperate!!! Hope you burn in hell!!
For the last 4-5 months I have been calling Vodacom every month end to get my amount payable, seeing as the My Vodacom is always wrong. Then I pay and a week later I get a message that I am in rears.<br> So the next month I pay extra and a week later the same message.<br> Now again this month my bill showed that outstanding is R00.00, however a few days later I get a message I am in rears wit R0 then a few days later I am in rears with R370.<br> I have brought this to their attention so many times, but Vodacom is too big to care about one little customers complaint.<br> <br> They cannot give me a correct bill, I have asked about 3 times to have my bill mailed every month, but as we all know, Vodacom just ignores their customers. <br> So now I have told them that if they don't sort it out by the end of the week I will stop paying my bill completely and they can blacklist me if they want.<br> <br> I will make sure I rack up a decent bill before I stop paying.<br> <br> Vodacom, sort out your S...t!! <br> <br> And stop having incompetent idiots phoning me that puts the phone down if they don't know the answer to a question.
My Fiance had a M-WEB account for R29/month. She cancelled it and they still took payment for another 3 months, which was OK, because its just R29, however when she wanted to apply for a credit card the other day they said she is on ITC, we went to see why ...M-WEB put her on ITC for R29, however when she phoned them to find out what the Hell they are doing,( after being transferred 4 times) their response was \ Oh sorry
I HAD AN ACCOUNT OF OVER R1000 AND PAI R1110. AFTER THAT I STILL HAD A BALANCE OF over R1000 SO I PAID ANOTHER R1200. THEN WHEN I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT IT WAS R1400 AGAIN. SO THEY TAKE MY MONEY BUT IT DISSAPEARS AND MY ACOUNT DOWSNT GO DOWN. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN LESS THAN A MONTH. THEY PUT THE PRICES UP AND WE JUST HAVE TO ACCEPT TO PAY MORE HOWEVER THEIR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. AND WHEN YOU PHONE CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT HEVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. VODACOM HAS IN THE RECENT MONTHA GONE FROM AN ACCEPTABLE SERVICE PROVIDER TO OBE THAT I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
