As a first time agent for Cazabella, I felt somewhat uprepared and uninformed of the process. The Cazabella team has gone above and beyond and answered all 100 of my emails and questions. Upon placing my first order, I received my parcel in record time with each item packaged really well! Keep up the great support and fabulous deals! #WIN

Before I wanted to sign up as an Agent I asked them if I can place my own orders and not work via a third Party (A Team Leader as they call it) - I was told yes I can (got emails to prove this) Then I signed up and paid the joining fee and got a link to my own website for ordering - and just a few days later the link does not longer work and when asking them was told they changed it and I now have to work via a third party I really feel that I should have been told this before wasting time on advertising and money on advertising and sign up fees I do not wish to work via a third party as I tried before and it is just a mission from the customer to the Team Leader and back to the customer and then back to the Team Leader (makes you look like you are not capable of doing it) So I would not recommend joining the Cazabella Team at all Your customer orders a ring of which you make R 5 and then you need to drive out R 20 petrol to collect it from the Team Leader for your customer

Pictures of handbags and sizes are deceiving. Over priced and ridiculously horrible and rude on phone. Truly believe they are targeting people to earn an income an rip clients off. Can buy better items at same price from Woolworths. Wont be surprised if i do not get a refund on an item.

So my fiance use to sell the Cazabella products, however she stopped a few years ago, more than 4 years ago, and they collected all her stock from her. Now after all these years they pitch up at her work with a garnish order and insists that she never returned the stupid products and now wants to garnish her. Cazabella are a bunch of crooks, and everyone should stay far and well away from them, specially anyone who is thinking of becoming an agent for them or who wants to work for them. They are effectively now stealing my fiance's money by garnishing her after they collected the stock years ago. What the F..ck Cazabella, wake up !!! How low must you be and how desperate!!! Hope you burn in hell!!

For a first time buyer from Cazabella, I'm very disappointed with the product. In January I bought a watch from Cazabella, it's not even a month old and the pins already clipped out. The agent that I bought it from told me that I have a 6 months guarantee. When the 1 side's pin got out on Saturday, I reported it to my agent, she reported it to Cazabella's head office. I got feedback, saying that I have to take my watch to a jewellery store to get it fixed or fix it myself, because the 14 day warranty is already over. (Which I was never told off). So I battled about 45min to put the pin back. A few minutes ago I took my watch off to wash dishes, and guess what, the other side's pin got out. So now I'm back to my first situation. Lesson learned, Cazabella will never be supported by me again, since their quality is so poor. And I will definitely not recommend or refer anybody to buy from Cazabella.

<p>I was an agent and had a customer who ordered a bracelet and necklace from me, after Christa Terblanche (Team Leader in PE) confirmed that there was stock I ordered and paid her for the two items. Waited quite some time for the stock and was then told that she only received the bracelet and there was no stock of the necklace</p> <p> </p> <p>My customer was not happy and cancelled the order and I told her I did not want the bracelet anymore, she then said they will see if they can find a buyer for it</p> <p> </p> <p>In the meantime it is now months and I have not received refund for the necklace yet and she has story after story when I ask for it - trying to explain something about the unsold bracelet</p> <p> </p> <p>So forget about the bracelet, send it to me, I will keep it if you can't return stock (However I feel they should have a return policy) - but for the sake of proving my point let's just say I am going to go and collect the bracelet today - why am I still not getting refunded for the necklace that there was no stock of, why must I beg for my money (The agent fee I paid, as Christa also has a long story around this), it is not my fault you don't have stock</p> <p> </p> <p>So bottomline refund me my amount I paid for the necklace ASAP </p> <p> </p> <p>Christa has had my bank details for months now and still waiting</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable and I will post it to facebook as well if I do not get an urgent response and refund immediately (Christa is now ignoring me)</p> <p> </p> <p>And let me know if you are going to take back the bracelet or if you can drop off so I can collect</p>

<p>I bought a watch from Lina at Cazabella, first the watch did not fit my husband then she gave me extra links, I took the watch to American Swiss and NWJ and they were unable to add the links to the watch, now she advice that there is nothing she can do. what am I supose to do with the watch know because she doesn't want to refund me and I can't use the watch!!!!!!!!</p>
