I ordered from their website and I received the wrong item, they then said I must return it to them so they can sort it out. I returned the item at my expense and according to tracking they have received the item back. Now they don't reply to my emails. I want a refund for the item as well as a refund on my courier cost for returning the item to them.
I ordered magic pens on the 5th of December and to date not received, every time I email them I get told they waiting for collection (I don't know what collection). The order says it is speedy delivery (Please don't let me laugh) So I have told them to refund me, and that has also not been done - I will now go and make a case against them at the police station for *****. Beware of buying with them
On the 19th of December I placed an order using the Ozow EFT payment gateway to make payment, the payment went through and then when gave a Error 404 when returning to Uber Eats. I tried again and had the same issue. I have since then been contacting Uber Eats, Flutterwave and Ozow. Ozow confirms that they have both payments and it is off my bank account. Flutterwave passes the buck to Uber Eats and Uber Eats keep saying I need to go to the Help section of the app. Help section cannot help me at all as the orders don't even show on the app. So after almost a month and R 1000 gone I have had it and will go and open a case against Uber Eats. I have sent them email after email and proof of everything and every time get told to contact someone else
Ordered so long ago and still waiting for their magic pen. I found them advertising on facebook and placed my order. When I email them I get told, in short, abrupt messages that it is waiting collection. I will open a case of ***** against them now and report them to the bank to have their bank account frozen for any future payments
After requesting payout, they requested a lot of documentation, all this was sent and now after days it still shows that they are busy verifying the ID. The payout amount now shows FLUSHED - I email them all the time and they just don't get back to me. Don't play here people, they need to be closed down and reported to all the banks to stop payments made to them.
Ordered food and sitting waiting for delivery, eventually looked on the app as the order was cancelled because the driver could not deliver No-one phoned me, messaged me, hooted at the gate - nothing Now I have to wait for the reversal of the money and the poor restaurant has to take back the food Pathetic service Thought I would name and shame, but see their reviews are already so bad, they probably don't even care
Order placed 2 December today is the 20th of December and orders still shows packing - I have emailed them with no reply. They do state 7-10 days but this is now 18 days with no feedback I ordered the items as Christmas gifts and I am leaving on the 22nd for holiday and no answer from them
We went and looked at a property for rent on Thursday 8th at 9.30, at 9.34 I gave the Agent (Mariana) my email address and told her that I am very interested in the place, we fell in love with it. I have a good credit record and excellent references and can afford the property. I asked the Agent about the property on the 1st of December and sent messages constantly after that - no reply until the 7th. So from the 8th I begged her to send the application - I got it eventually, after also asking their offices. Then when I heard nothing back, I asked again on the 12th and got a reply that it was given to someone else who paid their deposit and submitted their application on the 9th already. I asked on the 8th - Agent, Mariana says that the office got the application on the 8th from the other person without her knowledge. So if she is the Agent who showed the other people and I would have applied for the property on the 1st of December already, had Mariana done her job and got back to me. So now I lose out because of Namar office, Mariana, and Denise that cannot get back to a person. This is Namar Port Elizabeth I am very very upset about this and want to know why everyone ignored me from the 1st of December and gave the property to someone on the 9th Get back to be Namar please - as because of your lack of response to interested parties, my down syndrome son who really looked forward to living there with the pool etc has his dream shattered too.
Since December we have been trying to add dependents onto an already existing membership. Up to day we have only had the run around. Emails from applications department for forms, we complete the forms and then they say they want reference numbers, we sent that and then they request the forms again and so it has been going all the time. We have been on the phone for days now and spending endless amounts of money with no results, we get thrown from person to person and no-one can assist. All we need: 1. My underage son is currently the main member, I want him to be an dependent 2. I want to become the main member 3. I want to add my fiance and mom and dad as dependents 4. I need a quote for all this is - showing everyone's contribution individually so that I know what they are paying. Now we have tried forms, emails, phone calls and constant fighting with different people at Discovery, to say the least this is now just getting out of hand. Please if anyone knows of another medical aid that can assist we would love to know
Thanks but your staff at the Baywest branch told my mom and I that we will get R 1000 vouchers (She said she would refund my R 1893 purchase and then I open an account and she will add the amount back and I get a R 1000 vouchers, so it will be a saving) When we went back yesterday to have this done we were told no that we get vouchers in smaller amounts on purchases - this was never expressed to me or my mom (Although your staff stood there disagreeing to this) I told them just out of principle they can now just refund me my purchases and that I am very unhappy with the fact that Milady's are trying to open account through lies and incorrect information - they could not refund me as they do not have money and due to the fact that I paid with a debit card they cannot reverse it there and neither can they do it on my credit card. They asked I must come back later - which I am irate about - due to the covid I do not exit my house all the time - I have a special needs son and cannot risk his life. But I am livid with the fact that I was misinformed and begged to open an account - so now with you doing a credit check has made an impact on my credit score (Which I am proud to say is excellent) - So I am going to put a review on Hello Peter now and I am going to post a review on Facebook. I am so upset with the staff at Baywest and irrespective of what they say, they said to my mom and I that I will get the R 1000 (The girl even called another staff member to confirm this) When I got home and told my fiancé he said to me that they will never put the full R 1000 through and I still told him that 2x of the staff confirmed that this is what would be done. Please deactivate the account, I am not interested in the lies that Milady's tells to get sales. It is pathetic to say the least. And I would have perhaps still accepted the R 500 but due to your staff lying and arguing with me about they said, I want nothing to do with you, out of principle. I will return the purchase to Milady's Walmer within this week still Thanks
