<p>Good Morning,</p> <p> </p> <p>This will be the last email I will send to MTN. I have sent numerous emails to MTN with NO response. I’ve called numerous times and every time I’ve received the same message with again NO feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot keep on doing this every month, no one is helping me no one is getting back to me with feedback or a plan of action, I am getting tired of your messages that threaten me monthly to suspend my account and take legal action.</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN has done nothing to assist me in this matter, no call no mail, no feedback, just calls to threaten me? How is that fair? I am the one calling and trying to sort out this mess, that you guys created in the first place. I will no repeat my issue again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am tired of MTN, and I am tired to keep on supporting you year after year, and then this is how you treat a loyal customer? Its rubbish to begin with.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will now take legal action on this, this has been dragging on for 6 months?</p>
<p>I recenty upgraded my account at ****arney Mall, the sales person was Palesa Magamba. I asked for the same package that I had, which is the MTN Anytime topup that included, airtime, data and sms's., capped. If i need more i can do a top up .The monthly amount would be R638.95. For the month of September and October, the corect amount was debited off my acount, however in December an amount of R 1530.69 was debited and in January an amount of R1282.29 was debited. Ive been trying to sort this out since January and to date no one can tell me whats going on, everytime someone else replies asking for diferent information from me. I phoned ****arney (17 January) to ask for my contract and i still havent received it?? I need this to be sorted, I do not have an open line, I requested the same package. very simple, so I need a refund of R1535.08. Then my 2nd issue, the phone that I received with my upgrade (Sony Z5 premuim) the LCD screen stopped working (freeze) and the device warms up quickly, I took the phone to the fourways branch, they told me that I cant book it in I need my charger... after checking my account they told me that because its still under warranty i need to take it to the Cresta banch they will book it in to see if i can get a new phone because its still under warranty. I booked the phone in at the Cresta branch with Craig on the 8th January, on the 19th January I PHONED to follow up on my status, i was told that because my phone is under warranty i can get a new phone. I went back to Cresta on the 20th, Pascal (very cofused in the beginning, but so helpful) helped me, he explained that because i got my phone at ****arney mall, they need to purchase a credit note and i have to collect the phone at the Mall. He will phone the branch manager, and then they will get in contact with me. i am still waiting... its been such an frustrating experience, and all i need is a new phone, and for someone to sort my account out. What do i have to do to get this done?? </p>
This issue started back in 2014.Our roof was installed,and ever since then we've been having endless issue. NO ONE can tell me in detail what the problem is.And we still having issues, the roof is still leaking, and its starting to damage my cupboard and walls.I have stared a paper trail this year and I have asked them on the 25th Feb to go and see what the issue is and give me feedback, they've been at the house this week, but to date no one has given me any feedback. And the rood is still leaking, BIG surprise. The last communication I've received was on the 11th Feb. So in a nutshell, my roof has been leaking since 2014, I've paid R40000.00 for it, no one is getting back to me with a solution or a reason as to what the issue is. I have the email trail should anyone want to see it as evidence,i have also taken pictures of the roof leaking. I insist on a refund, because I will have to get someone else to fix the roof. I will never use Sunteck again, nor will i recommend them to anyone.. They have a bad attitude towards faulty roofs and paying customers..
