Why would KFC provide a 24hour drive through AkFC if there is not enough staff?? This is just ridiculous!!! Have been waiting more than a half hour just to order drinks and can't drive out because there is cars behind us. KFC won't see us again! Get your service together!
Good day,<br> <br> I just opened a Edgars account the past weekend, but I am already considering closing the account!! This lady phoned me from the call center and it started as a normal follow up on details and telling my about paying my account every month which is fine and then she asked if I would like to activate the benefit to protect my family for R25 a month. I told her no thank you and then she responded very rudely but why not?? I said I have everything in place. I mean I work for a insurance company so I don't need any extra cover and I don't want the option. She then went on but I don't have to cancel my other insurance. I am sorry, but I am the client I hate it when people keep on pushing when you already said no so I replied saying NO THANK YOU again and then she hang up the phone!!<br> <br> What kind of company is this if their employees are so rude??? This is really not a good representative of the company and I really do consider cancelling my account if the service starts like this at the beginning of business. To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I forgot to post this letter, and still want to post it as I had a very bad experience at Edgars Woodlands. Firstly I went to fit clothing and as I was finished and wanted to go out of the dressing room, there was no handle to open the door, and the lady that was supposed to be at the front of dressing room left so there was no one to come and open the door for me. There was only one other lady fitting and she came eventually to open the door for me. Not a good experience! If you know the door are broken fix it or put a out of service bored on the door!<br> <br> Then I went to pay a handbag and dress. The lady at the counter was so rude she didn't greed me and didn't once talk to me. As I walked out of the store I heard a soft peep so I check what amount was deducted from the bank and saw she only rang the dress! Honest person that I am I went back. I told the lady listen here you didn't rang up the handbag and I put it on the counter with the dress over the handbag. She then had the nerves to argue with me! She said she asked me is that all. Not thank you for coming back! She didn't greed me she didn't tell me the total nothing!<br> <br> Worst experience ever!!
To whom it may concern,<br> <br> My parents bought all 3 our children this water filter and cooling device for Christmas, because we do not drink tab water. 2 weeks ago something went wrong and my parents could not get the slip to return the device, so I've send Little luxury an email telling them how awesome the device was, but then something went wrong, they almost immediately phoned me back and gave tips how they think I can resolve the problem, because they never get this problem and they said they will replace the device if it does not work. They even send me a follow up email to ask if the solution worked. <br> <br> It did work and I am one loyal and happy customer!
