Had to pay for a helicoil for damaged thread on sump plug after vehicle went in for service. Was told it is normal wear and tear. Know threads are only damaged due to over tightening or cross threading of bolt. Had to pay charges to repair damages incurred during service.
From the 8 Dec 2017 I have had no landline still up to today 18 Dec 1017 which has affected the internet. After numerous calls and reference numbers promises of escalations, explaining my business is run from home, the problem has not been resolved nor can anyone tell me what is actually faulty.
