I would like to thank Suhail Chotia, I have previously written a very negative review about the service I have received from Nissan Springs, Suhail made sure that all the issues I had were sorted! Not only did he resolve my issue, bit he did it in a very quick way

I just want to compliment Springs Nissan especially Korsten Mare the sales executive that I bought two cars from so far for excellent service. I had some minor problems with my 2nd car and Korsten sort it out in no time . Springs Nissan has a wide variety of cars and I will definitely recommend them to any future buyers.

I bought a second hand vehicle from Springs Nissan on 05/12/2019. As part of the sales agreement I paid an amount of R 2 500 for license and registration. It is now 6 weeks later and I have not received my license disk or number plates. They are also not willing to refund my money I paid for this service. I would warn anyone not to use Springs Nissan

If you have a guy by the name of Ahmed with the cell number zero seven two Five seven eight seven eight six nine that works in your division. This man is very rude and should not be dealing with potential customers. I simply asked him if one of his cars is a 2019 an he says I should speak to someone else in which he gave the number for the other person but my point being is that his name is on the cars.co.za ad so I ask him, so you telling me you don't know if it is a 2019 model. The man calls me on whatsapp in a shouting tone asking me who is buying the car. So I said thank you sir an dropped the call.. I am trying to help my father in law buy a new car because he does not know how to use online platforms and does not always have enough airtime to make alot of calls........I am mearly giving a review of the behaviour of this man and he is now calling my in laws threating to su me for laying a complaint. You decide for your self if you want to do business with people like this.

December 2018 I shopped online for a vehicle. I enquired about a 2017 Nissan Almera 1.5 at Springs Nissan as it looked like the best deal. I was called by Zainul. I asked about accident history and condition. Zainul assured me all of their Almera's have never been to an accident.(I have proof of communication). Went to view the vehicle on 19th Dec, the vehicle he had kept for me was in a bad condition. He still insited that the vehicles were not in a accident even though the vehicle doors and boot Could not close properly. He promised to fix all that needed to be. I told him I'm buying the vehicle for business use which should be operational in January. They were closing the dealership on the 21st Dec so I took delivery that day without Service book, spare keys, license documents and 10.1 check certificate as per industry. After collecting, I discovered the driver and the boot still does not close properly. The ignition hooks on the start mode at times. The radio switch off by itself and won't switch on. The brake pads had worn out. The vehicle had been in an accident, which he had not been honest about. I reported everything to Zain via WhatsApp because the dealership was closed for holidays. He promised to sort out everything beginning of January. Only on the 9th when I called him he promised to get someone to collect the car. Day of collection he does not have driver and I should bring in the vehicle myself. I took it in but when it returned he lied that they fixed everything. Same day the ignition kept hooking. I sent him a video to prove the vehicle was not fixed which he ignored. My spare keys, service book and licence documents not ready. I decided to write to Nissan SA. M y case was assigned to Rorisang. She helped because the service guy actually called and confessed that they never had the ignition part and as soon as it ready they will get back to me. Monday 29 Jan I was promised that they will collect my at 9h00 on Tues but no one arrived or called to say why they are not coming. I called head office left messages for Rorisang whom she never called back. At 17h45 on Tues 30th Zain called promised his driver would come today 31st January and it 11h00 and no one has came. I called Nissan SA and left a message for Rorisang to call back she still has not come back to me. I believe Nissan's after sales service is the worst. They only want people to buy in from there on they do not care. Even when you put in a complaint, it is not recognized.

Had to pay for a helicoil for damaged thread on sump plug after vehicle went in for service. Was told it is normal wear and tear. Know threads are only damaged due to over tightening or cross threading of bolt. Had to pay charges to repair damages incurred during service.
