I have been paying my father's medical aid since inception taken out two or three years ago. I have never defaulted on paying the medical. Bonitas decides to change admin department that deal with boncap. They change my debit order date in January without advanced notice. They debit my account on the sixth of January instead of 20th like every other month. I later made a payment on 20 January via eft and never missed a payment. Today the debit double the debit order amount and my bank account went into a negative balance. Please fix this or I will log a complaint on the ombudsman to seek assistant.

I am so furious right now. I pay for my father's medical aid and for the passed two years you have been deducted on the twentieth of each month. Why did you debit on the Sixth of January. This is not the agreement. Due to this my account went into a negative balance and I was charged and honouring fee. Please get a manager to call me. My bank account is gone into a negative balance.
I bought a phone for my father in Durban who needed a phone urgently as his old phone is faulty. I told my father when it is delivered I will drive down and change SIM cards for him. What was displayed on the website was. It delivered. Ok to cut out losses short when open the box to put in new SIM card. After 10 minutes of use the phone losses net work. Restarted phone several times and the same issue happens. Wasted trip to Durban. I need a manager to call me as what was displayed on the website was not delivered.

I dropped off my Genesis hydrovac plus 22kpa suction at the gateway branch on 25/11/2023. I did not receive any call from the technician informing me further. I get a call from the verimaark gateway branch asking me if I still want the machine to be repaired as it was sent back to the gateway branch. It is now the 19/02/2024 and no feedback.
