I requested a MobiMoney settlement quote and I paid as per the quote, but the MobiMoney money account is not settled. I tried to call customer care on the number 0861346246 the made me to hold the line for long and still didn't assist me, the first call on 29/04/2025 was more than 25 minutes and the second call on 30/04/2025 was more than 33 minutes.The consultant told me they have updated my account but when I checked there was a balance of R131.25 when I asked he was was the balance for she hanged up, well if she didn't hang up, she didn't care to call me back to explain the balance I was asking her.

Bad company trapping people into dire situation. After I paid my loan the did credit enquiry on transunion which is affecting my credit score, been writing them emails regarding the matter no response no telephone number to contact them
