I purchased a 2024 vehicle in November from Nissan Springs. Eleven months later, I received a WhatsApp regarding a recall and took the vehicle to Nissan Centurion. Unbeknownst to me, the vehicle registration date was recorded as March, which meant Centurion could not raise a job card because the warranty date was incorrect. After waiting for hours to obtain the NaTIS document from Nissan Springs, Centurion was kind enough to complete the recall campaign and advised me to check back in two weeks regarding the date correction so I could book the vehicle for a service. Weeks later, I received another WhatsApp from Springs about a battery recall. I contacted Centurion to book for the battery recall and the service. I was informed that the date had still not been amended by Nissan Springs, and I would need to wait until it was corrected. I then reached out to the same F&I Manager (Miriam Seedat) who had previously sent the NaTIS document, to inform her that the date issue remained unresolved. My emails were ignored, and I was forced to call her directly. She began asking around the dealership, and a few days later, someone called to say the date was sorted. However, when I informed Centurion, they sent me a screenshot showing the date was still March 2024. This entire issue originated from the sales consultant (Thanda Le***uba), who has since moved to Nissan Bedfordview or Edenvale) and her lack of

We purchased a vehicle from Nissan Springs . We paid for licensing and registration. They did not do the registration, we had to use their third party to to get everything sorted out which costed us an additional R 2000 and Nissan Springs wont cover cost after they have messed up. The Dealer Principal still has not contacted us back after numerous attempts. Shows the standard of their service

Horrible after sales support - no empathy toward a customer. No professionalism. No feedback. No contact. Nothing. You’re left to seek help from the ombudsman failing which, court.

I bought a secondhand car from Nissan. Sales person Marylyn was super helpful and assisting to get some of my abnormal requests fulfilled. She made it possible for me to get my dream car. I unfortunately cannot give the dealership a 5 out of 5 due to the accounts department. Initially I asked for the extras costs like admin fees, to not be added to the bond payments. I had to get that fixed as they tried to add it to my bond. I had some trouble with a faulty battery after I received the car. No fault to the dealership. Car standing and old battery ect. They advised me to buy 1 and will give me refund due to living far from them. I did but then the accounts department only paid 3 weeks later and did not pay the tax on the receipt. Pretty bad for an accounts department to miss it. Pointed it out and they let me know they have a process and had to wait another 2 weeks for that R250. I had to pay registration fees up front but due to living in another province I did the registration and number plates myself which was no problem except that payment for those to refund me took more than a month. Bottom line. Good sales people but check your figures from accounts before signing anything and expect to follow up on payments that needs refunding.

I have had the most horrible experience at this dealership. Bought my car in May. Nothing was don't correctly I had to keep following up it took over 2weeks. Then when I arrived the vehicle was not ready as the faults where not taken care of. I had to sit for more that 2 hours to get paperwork done that was supposed to be done already. Then I had to beg to get the faults fixed. Then found the service had not been done. I had to beg to have that done then wipers was only ordered for front of the car and the car has one at rear also still waiting to have that done. Boot paint needed to be fixed after begging it was taken in was without a car almost 2weeks. Them car comes back there is nou paint defect on the boot again on another place. Still begging to have my car fixed. I'm so over this when I call no one returns my calls. Or I get told sorry out of sight out of mind. This has been and still is the most horrific service ever. I'm so sorry I bought this vehicle at this dealership.

I bought a vehicle with them and signed all documents with correct prices. The documents they submitted for finance were with a higher amount. They added R10 000 more on the invoice. It's been 2 weeks asking them to correct this and they have not.

Afternoon everyone On the 8 March l bought a car from Nissan Springs, not even a month later the engine light came on, and the car would hesitate when accelerating.l took it to them and the dealer principal said if the fault is too expensive l would have to contribute to the cost, which is complete bull**** because under the CPA l have an IMP**** 6 months warranty. They found the fault and cost was 3k and said they will fix it, but there is no parts available so l need to wait Now l was without a car and needed to go to work, l asked for a courtesy car, but again was let down as l was given the run around, after chasing after them l was given an old, tired peace of **** car, the car l given has accident damage, the paint is peeling off the breaks lock up. Its embarrassing to go from a nice car l bought to that s**** they gave me within a space of a month. Their service is horrible l constantly have to call them for an update, and l don’t understand why l had to plead with them for a courtesy car, they should’ve have been ashamed for selling a faulty car and assisted me instead of treating me like a begger. A family relative bought a car from Audi East Rand, the car had fault and was immediately taken back and she was given a proper courtesy car without hassle and stories. They even apologised and gave her full tank of fuel when her car was returned. Now that is great customer service I feel that Nissan Springs undermines me because lm a young buyer, l hope Nissan South Africa sees this post and has a serious talk with Nissan springs
