Horrible after sales support - no empathy toward a customer. No professionalism. No feedback. No contact. Nothing. You’re left to seek help from the ombudsman failing which, court.
Terribly misleading advertising. “Samsung buy and get” there’s no lump sum benefit to any benefit chosen except that you get a monthly benefit. Spent R20 000 to get R250 a month back. Honestly ? Terribly misleading adverts. Don’t trust Samsung at face value. The process to get the reward consists of numerous checks and documents that got to be filled and returned
Terrible service, no empathy! I booked a car using the rentalcars.com broker, promised unlimited mileage. Presented the voucher and was honored at Europcar Umhlanga rocks, only to be charged for the mileage later. Feedback from head office via Europcar umhlanga : "There's no unlimited mileage, its not our fault though we took the money, we can't assist please call the broker" Please stop misleading and robbing people
A month into my contract, my monthly premium increases. Upon approaching your store, apparently this was in fine print and I needed to read... WHAT THE ACTUAL??? Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
Telkom Gateway! Horrible!!!!!!! Terrible service right from the manager all the way down to staff. Staff ridicule and shout at customers publicly, laugh and walk away. Its been 3 weeks and I'm yet to hear from customer service!!!
