We experienced a problem with Nissan Springs who charged us for licensing and did not deliver, They charged us extra to get a new license. We reported them to Nissan South Africa who initially showed interest and then after numerous attempts of trying to get hold of them they responded saying the vehicle isn't a Nissan and they cant help . We bought the vehicle from their second hand division. Nissan Springs has been absolutely pathetic from sales team to the dealer principal. The sold us a vehicle and double charged us for licensing. they refused to pay the ticket which was caused by their delay. I don't recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. They dont value their clients. Nissan South Africa is no better, Its their brand and they couldnt care less
We purchased a vehicle from Nissan Springs . We paid for licensing and registration. They did not do the registration, we had to use their third party to to get everything sorted out which costed us an additional R 2000 and Nissan Springs wont cover cost after they have messed up. The Dealer Principal still has not contacted us back after numerous attempts. Shows the standard of their service
I had the same problem with this guy. He took my money and his service at that point was excellent. When I received the **** product I contacted him 3 times. He read my messages and refused to answer until I threatened to report him to HUGO BOSS International. Only then did he reply in a very arrogant way saying I'm the only person from his 22 000 followers that claims his product is **** and he has letters of authenticity. Selling **** products. He is a **** artist
Telkom messed up my account , after over 10 attempts to correct the situation Telkom never bothered to assist. Eventually I cancelled the account. A year later NuDebt contacted me insisting I owed Telkom money. I supp**** all the proof on which I was not in the wrong. They refused to acknowledge anything I provided and proceeded with a judgement against my name. As a client they gave me no rights and I was forced to pay this money in hope of saving my good name
After 1 month of logging my initial complaint the problem still persists with a new fee incurred . It seems like the people working at FNB dont know how to resolve a problem. I never had this problem at Standard Bank.
Firstly , I did not accept a loan approval from FNB Covid Relief fund. Now there's a loan on my name of which I did not approve. I tried contacting the help line , no answer . I tried the app. Every time you log a message you wait 2 hours for a response. Once they reply to your message ,they give you 5 minutes to respond and if you don't they close the call which takes you back to the end of the line. I did this 4 to 5 times and still sitting the problem. Secondly , I went to the branch at the Mall of the South and they were so unhelpful , redirecting me back to the app of which I explained two times of the delay. FNB sells this great service and when really needed you go in circles for help
