VW service is horrible to say the least, if there was a minus I would definitely score them that. On the 28th of November I took my car for service. They kept my car the whole day with zero updates, when I went to collect it, I was then told by the service advisor that the rear breakpads needed to be changed but they couldn't change them because the technician couldn't take off the tyre's, I now needed to pay for an external service provider who has "special tools" to remove the tyre's. How can a VW dealership need an external service provider to work on their own product and brand? I had to take the car again on a different day for them to call so called service provider to remove the tyre's! They then proceeded to share my contact details that I did not consent to, I've been bombarded with calls from people offering me insurance and when I asked how did the have my contacts they then told me VW Polokwane gave them! They're untrust worthy! How can they be reckless with my personal information? Are they not required by VW SA to comply with PoPia Rules? News flash VW polokwane, I took my car to VW Mokopane, and guess what, they didn't need an external service provider to their " special tools" to remove my tyre's!

Rochester furniture in Savannah, worst service ever! I bought a coffee table on Saturday the 26th of November, and I told the sales person named Thuto that I am going to measure the space where I needed to put the table. I actually wanted a plasma stand and a coffee table, then told him that I'll pay for the table then if it doesn't fit my space, I'll cancel the table transaction and top up to buy the stand. I went back to the store on Sunday the 27th, and asked him to cancel the table transaction and tell me how much should I top up. I paid the difference, which he then told me that the cancellation and the transfer of funds from the old transaction to the new one will only be done on Monday, then by Tuesday I can go collect from their warehouse. I gave then until today which Wednesday, and when I went to collect, the warehouse told me that they can't release the TV stand because there's an issue with the funds, i must call the store, I went to the store to cancel the transaction because they didn't even have the decency to call and let me know of whether I can collect or not. And the day they gave me has gone past. I gave them all the details they require to give me my money back, now they are telling me about their system being offline. There was a rude lady who didn't even wear a name badge, she has purple hair. She threatened that I was never going to get my money back! This is unacceptable!
Very disappointing service from dawn Wing polokwane. I ordered something online and the store use dawn Wing courier to deliver. Their drivers are liars whi claims to call customers were not available when they didn't even call This happened twice and I hope Zando stop using this useless courier company because they will loose customers.

I called to cancel my vehicle insurance because my premium was increased while I'm still working from home. The service I received was excellent. I kept my cover with MiWay
King price is a bunch of crooks! I called them 2 months ago because I was looking into changing my insurance since my current 1 has become a bit expensive. We went through the process over the phone and the agent was to give me a call back to send me a form to do a car inspection. He never called me and I never received the promised form. And guess what at the end of september an of R1062 was debited from my account! No.1 I didnt even conclude the deal with them, no.2 I never received any policy document or number from them! When I sent an email the idiots asked me to give them a policy number when I have already stated that I dont have a policy number. The email came from a Sonja Manning. And I had already explained to a consultant who called me after I have sent them an email. Now they debited my account twice and I have incurred bank charges due to these unauthorised debit orders! They are crooks! I will tell everyone who cares to know not to bother even asking for info from these crooks!
I would like Digicash to reverse all the debit orders they processed into my FNB account without my permission. I have requested my bank to reverse all debit orders from this company 3 times already, and every time my bank reverse these debit orders, these people would change the reference numbers they use to steal my money from account. They have stolen R900 from my account, I want them to return every single cent they have taken from my account without my permission. They must stop their fraudulent debit orders because I have never received any form of service from these people, whoever is hacking accounts must be arrested.
I have called home choice head office customer service some time in the middle of March 2015, requesting them to close my paid up account and remove me from any contacts in a form of sms's , emails and postal mail. On the 16th of April 2015, I have received a Home Choice catalogue for April. When I initially called to close my account, the consultant told me that they do not close accounts but they just remain on zero balance, which is not true, because when they send their monthly catalogues to customers they charge them for those booklets. I have previously been a victim of being double charged for an account that I have settled in March 2014 , when I made a new purchase in July 2014, when I received my statement it had a different amount which was a R1500.00 more than my balance for the new purchase I made. I called them to understand why was I owing them that much, I was told that I owed from the previous account. When I asked why did it take them 2 months to notify me of what I owed them, no one gave me a proper answer. I decided to pay off what I owed them, close the account, cut off all communication with Home Choice. They still send me books when I asked the to cancel that
