This VW has the customers service I have ever experienced. It's clear that the dealer principal is not checking up on their people. The arrogance presented because they know that as a customers you have to drive 50km to the closest other option. You call they don't pick up and when they do they hang up. Everyone at the dealership looks miserable. In this economy, if people don't appreciate their jobs, advertise and get some energetic, and passionate people in their.

VW service is horrible to say the least, if there was a minus I would definitely score them that. On the 28th of November I took my car for service. They kept my car the whole day with zero updates, when I went to collect it, I was then told by the service advisor that the rear breakpads needed to be changed but they couldn't change them because the technician couldn't take off the tyre's, I now needed to pay for an external service provider who has "special tools" to remove the tyre's. How can a VW dealership need an external service provider to work on their own product and brand? I had to take the car again on a different day for them to call so called service provider to remove the tyre's! They then proceeded to share my contact details that I did not consent to, I've been bombarded with calls from people offering me insurance and when I asked how did the have my contacts they then told me VW Polokwane gave them! They're untrust worthy! How can they be reckless with my personal information? Are they not required by VW SA to comply with PoPia Rules? News flash VW polokwane, I took my car to VW Mokopane, and guess what, they didn't need an external service provider to their " special tools" to remove my tyre's!

Hi, my car was dropped off at VW Polokwane by a breakdown on Monday 03 October, the car overheated and the guys at VW Polokwane only attended my vehicle on Thursday and told me that the radiator busted and it was gonna cost me R11000.00 to replace it and i then told Alvin Sawyers to please send the quotes to my warranty and i gave him my email address so he can copy me on the email but since then i haven't received anything from them and i phoned on Friday but couldn't get hold of Alvin. explained my frustrations to them that i needed to go back to Gauteng as i work there and that my job will be affected if i don't go back and Alvin did even tell me that if i want to come and take my car undone i am more than welcome to do so, which that didn't sit well with me but what choice did i have, i have paid the breakdown already and the cost of have to tow my vehicle to Gauteng was going to be a lot. So i am frustrated now because still, i can't get hold of Alvin even now, his phone is engaged.

I took my car for service on the 25 Jan 2022 for and in less than 500km travelled after service my car started losing power which never happened. On the 07 March 2022 I tried to call in to ask if i need to booked it for another service however spend a day trying to connect to the service agent.(Deon) with no luck. On the o8 March 2022 i took my car in to ask in person. Instead the Tech (Dirk) was receiving too many complaints on the day as per him and the service agent (Deon). When Dirk finally came to check my car, the only thing i got was to book my car for another service on the 09 March 2022 as he had too many car on the day and won't have time for my car. I booked another service with Deon who now explains that if the cause of my car losing power was due to the previous service done in Jan 2022, they will fix at no cost as my car is still under warranty for the service done however if not just for diagnose i will be charged ±R1200 if i choose not to accept thier new quotation and if i accept their quotation the diagnose will be covered. I find this to be ridiculous as my car never had power issues since they worked on it and there were no warning light of the power issue on my dash. VW Polokwane is just taking advantage of me. On the 09 March 2022 i took my car back to VW Polokwane and i was told it was "coil" that was making my car ro loose power. Which cost me R3800.00 and i was told that this was not due the service i had in less than a month ago. I paid and collected my car however never will i take my car to VW Polokwane or recommend it to anyone. I still feel exploited by thier bad service.☹☹☹

I took my car in twice for the same problem(airbag expanding the dashboard) and the technician claimed that he did not see it, yet when I called everyone to show them it was visible. second time my car was 3rd on the line, by 17H00PM it was not even touched.
