I took my car for service on the 25 Jan 2022 for and in less than 500km travelled after service my car started losing power which never happened. On the 07 March 2022 I tried to call in to ask if i need to booked it for another service however spend a day trying to connect to the service agent.(Deon) with no luck. On the o8 March 2022 i took my car in to ask in person. Instead the Tech (Dirk) was receiving too many complaints on the day as per him and the service agent (Deon). When Dirk finally came to check my car, the only thing i got was to book my car for another service on the 09 March 2022 as he had too many car on the day and won't have time for my car. I booked another service with Deon who now explains that if the cause of my car losing power was due to the previous service done in Jan 2022, they will fix at no cost as my car is still under warranty for the service done however if not just for diagnose i will be charged ±R1200 if i choose not to accept thier new quotation and if i accept their quotation the diagnose will be covered. I find this to be ridiculous as my car never had power issues since they worked on it and there were no warning light of the power issue on my dash. VW Polokwane is just taking advantage of me. On the 09 March 2022 i took my car back to VW Polokwane and i was told it was "coil" that was making my car ro loose power. Which cost me R3800.00 and i was told that this was not due the service i had in less than a month ago. I paid and collected my car however never will i take my car to VW Polokwane or recommend it to anyone. I still feel exploited by thier bad service.☹☹☹

On the 25 February 2022, i reached out to Ethan Lucas or Steven Tyler an account manager for Apex Cryto Exchange with regard to bitcoin purchase or trading. He explain the trading process works. Which he said i will need a $200 for start up and also pay him a percentage of my trading proceeds. On the 26/02/2022 i made my started deposit and register under thier website to monitor my trading. On the 01/03/2022 Ethan asked that i must pay an additional $200 withdrawal fee and make a withdrawal as the trading was complete. Immediately after i receive an email stating that $350 was required for Swift code. When i asked Ethan he confirmed which i didn't have and i was furious that this trading process is now costing me so much. Ethan said i can make a partial payment and the funds will be released and even asked that i get someone to lend me the money as i eill be able to pay it back once my proceeds are paid out. On the 02/03/2022 i made $200 payment and immediately after Ethan told me that i must settle the balance the "platform" informed him that my proceeds won't be released on part-payment. This was frustrating as he was going back on his word. On the 03/03/2022 i made a payment of $150 which was the balance. Ethan came back to say that he asked the "platform" to stop processing my withdrawal since i need to pay him $49 which was his trading percentage. This was infuriating to me and i ecplained to him. But he said for me to get my proceeds that is the final payment. On the 04/03/2022 i paid his percentage which he never acknowledged even after i send him my bank confirmation. He insisted that i pay him his percentage if i want my withdrawal to be released. I explained to him that I'm not going to pay an additional $49 as i already did. He said i was not serious about making money and he is stopping to text me until i am ready ans serious. I need reached to his "platform" and all i got was that i need to pay Ethan's percentage with no acknowledgement of the payment i made on the 04/03/2022. I was also informed that i will not be refunded any of the money i put into this process.
