Pick n pay Asap is the worst delivery service ever. Placed an order yesterday around 15h00 and till today the food is not delivered. Around 22h00 we recieve a text that the the store is closed, thats 7 hours later. I had bought groceries which included school lunch for my children. I had to now buy from a garage because of pick n pay ***********.
12 March I wrote a review regarding a false policy sold by BIDvest. I was sold a policy for R299 pm whcih covers R10k but upon reading my policy schedule, I am only covered for R5k and the vehicle covered is incorrect. My policy schedule says 2016 BMW yet I requested cover for 2017 Nissan Almera. I requested telephone recordings to hear where the BMW comes from and prove that I was sold R10k cover. I still cannot find where BIDvest got the 2016 BMW details from as I use a 2017 Nissan Almera. Why is my schedule says BMW. I was sold a policy for R10k but your schedule covers me for R5k. I would like for this policy to be cancelled and my premiums refunded as BIDVest sold me lies. I would like to have my policy cancelled and my refund as BIDvest insurance sells lies because if I am to claim i will be having problems.
I SIGNED A WARRANTY POLICY WITH BIDVEST ON 5TH DEC 2024. THE CONSULTANT SOLD ME LIES. THEY HAD GIVEN ME 2 OPTIONS, ONE FOR R299 COVERING R10K AND R579 COVERING R20K. I NEVER RECIEVED MY POLICY SCHEDULE ON EMAIL AS PROMISED. ON 11/03/25 I CALLED TO REQUEST A COPY WHICH THE LINK WAS SENT VIA SMS, WHICH I ONLY REALISED THIS MORNING. WHEN CHECKING THE SCHEDULE, MY VEHICLE DETAILS ARE IBINCORRECT, THE AMOUNT IM COVERED FOR IS R5000 NOT THE R10000 AS ADVISED. I HAVE REQUESTED FOR TELEPHONE RECORDING WHICH I WAS PROMISED TO RECIEVE AFTER 1 HOUR 30 MOST AND ITS BEEN 3 HOURS NO RECORDING TO CONFIRM. PEOPLE SHOULD BE WARNED ABOUT THIS FALSE COVER THEY ARE SELLING.
please cancel my policy as you are not servicing me. I have sent letters of cancelation yet no response. This is the second review this month and you did not respond to it.
ADT KEEPS CHARGING ME ADDITIONAL CALL OUTS WHICH THEY NEVER HONOUR. ITS EEITHER THEY CALL AFTER 15 MINS WHEN THE ALARM GOES OFF OR THEY SEND SECURITY WITHOUT CALLING ME. I HAVE COMPALINED ABOUT THIS BEFORE AND THEY PROMISED TO REFUND MY ADDITIONAL , WHICH WAS DEBITED 3 TIMES AND STILL TODAY THEY HAVENT REFUNDED BUT NOW DECIDED TO DEBIT ANOTHER AMOUNT THIS MONTH. THERE ARE NO EVEN RECIEPT THAT SHOWS HOW MANY TIMES THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE TO BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL CALL OUT. I HAVE ALSO REQUESTED TO BE CANCELED BUT STILL TODAY THEY HAVE NOT CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE I HAVE TESTED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY ONLY CALL TO CHECK AFTER 10 TO 20 MINUTES. September i requested for payment break which was not done. I reversed my debit order. I was then contacted by their consultant. a payment arrangement was made for a double debit in October. the double premium was deducted. I keep receiving sms that i haven't made any payment and my policy will lapse. When i call the lady Tshoki could not locate my policy at first and when she was supposed to transfer me she hang up and never called back. The level of service is disappointing. I am considering moving to another company which cares for their clients.
ADT IS THE WORST SECURITY COMPANY EVER. I have been charged excessive response unit fee since end January. I contacted ADT and requested copy of the receipts that showed they came to my place 7 time as they claim, they have only came once a month. The consultant advised they would credit my account for the following month as they see it was a mistake. I called again in February and spoke to a manger who advised they would sort it out and it has since happened 2 times more. My battery no longer have sufficient power to last the loadshedding. My alarm will go off every time the Loadshedding power returns. I will always answer my calls to confirm even though they would call 10 minutes after the alarm goes off. I have once or twice given the wrong password to test their response, the armed reaction unit would arrive after 10 to 20 minutes(which I have complained about). For the past 3 months I have been charged an additional R126(funny how is it the same amount) for excessive response unit which has never came to my house or leave a receipt to show they did come. Last night I realized the reason I'm charged an additional amount when the alarm goes off, ADT would call after 15 minutes and that time the reaction unit is already at my house even though I have cancelled the unit on their automated call. It means if there was a ******* at my house my family would be in danger because you only arrive after 15 minutes. PLEASE ASSIST IN REFUNDING THE 3 ADDITIONAL FEE, R126, AND CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. I HAVE OPTED FOR AN ALTERNATIVE.
Last year November I applied for an alarm and reaction security to home. It was declined but a month later I received an email that they have approved my application with certain conditions. I did not respond to that because I had decided to use another service provider. In April I was debited A PREMUIM an I contacted ADT and even send email. One of their consultant advised he will escalate and have the contract cancelled. Again in may my account was debited. I sent an email to compalin but nothing was done. ADT ARE CROOKS WHO DECLINE YOUR APPLICATION YET THEY DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT. I WANT MY MONEY REVERSED AND THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED OTHERWISE THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO NCR FOR FRAUD. Purchased a Fridge from Makro online on 25/11/2018. On 09/10/19 the fridge stopped working. Went to Makro Bloem on the 11/10/19 and they referred me to call center. I contacted the call centre got call service ref: 308447, and was promised that the service provider will contact me the following week. The service provider, Electrocor from Bethlehem called on 14th and promised that a technician will come on 16th but till today no one has come or called us. I called the Makro call centre they promised to give feedback but still no one has contacted us. I called again today, I was kept on hold until the call ended. Yet the consultant does not call back. Our food is spoilt and no one seems to give care. Weather be your service provider or your call centre.
