Two days of frustration
I am baffled at all the good reviews, I had the worst experience with OpenWeb recently. I was trying to sign up for internet service with them, but they just kept ignoring me and refusing to help me. They kept sending me copy and paste replies when I kept begging them to sign me up for their service. They clearly have no interest in actually helping people. I tried for *two* days to sign up! I eventually gave up out of sheer frustration. There are plenty of other ISPs who are happy to help, but not OpenWeb.

Worst company ever!
Absolute garbage! They sold me a broken inverter! When I tried to exchange it they were horribly nasty towards me! They REFUSE to exchange it for a working unit! I got ****med out of R4000! Stay away from this business! They are nasty towards their customers, they treated me like absolute dirt! All the glowing 'reviews' on here are clearly ****! They are the worst company ever! Avoid them like the plague!

Good then garbage then good then garbage again
I've previously submitted a review where I gave them five stars for great customer service. That unfortunately is not true. They are trying to ***** me over, refusing to refund me for their garbage products. The inverter I bought, and paid a lot of money for, is simply garbage. Now they are giving me the runaround and coming up with all sorts of excuses to not replace the faulty item. Very upsetting! Stay away from Geewiz rather!

From great to bad to great again 😁
I recently gave them a negative review because of issues exchanging a faulty inverter. Pretty contacted me straight away and has sorted out my exchange and has expedited it! So happy that I can now keep on being a loyal customer of Geewiz :)

Used to be fantastic, horrible now!
I have been a loyal and happy customer for many years, but I am done with them! I'm trying to return a faulty inverter and they just keep giving me the runaround. That's it, you have driven away one of your best customers.

Incredibly bad!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Be warned, they will plunder your bank account and you will NEVER get your money back. I am astonished that a company like this even exists. I have been battling to get my money that they took out of my account! They simply ignore you! They have NO service at all whatsoever. Please, please, please, stay away from RSAWeb!

Stay away!
Dear god, for all that you are worth, stay FAR away from RSAweb! They are complete garbage. I can not tell you how BAD they are without getting arrested. These people are the WOTST ever! No joke, they are evil ****bags who *****s from people. They are literally ******. These people need to be in jail.

Endless frustration
I bought an item at PnP Scottburgh. The advertised price was R125, I ended up paying R180. They refuse to refund me. I have been struggling for three weeks to sort this out, to no avail. PnP clearly is trying their best to get rid of all their customers. They clearly don't want anyone shopping at their stores!

Terrible service, ONCE AGAIN!
After the nightmare experience I had with this company last time, I was adamant I would NEVER have anything to do with them. Unfortunately, my phone got ****** and they were the only people that had the phone I needed to replace. So I gritted my teeth and ordered from them, against my better judgement! Once again, I made a HUGE mistake in trusting these people. After weeks of endless excuses, I was finally notified my phone had arrive. But instead of sending me the phone, like they had promised, I was told to go collect the phone from their offices in Johannesburg. I live in Durban!!! Useless and ***********! I urge you all, for the love of Mike, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
