I sensed a problem already in May when I could not get a statement out of them. I paid in AUD Dollar, so needed to know that all storage was paid for until such time as I could afford to pay my other half of the shipping costs for my container to come to Melbourne. I continued paying my storage costs and in June stopped paying. I got the email in July/August that operations were ceased! I thought I can continue paying another company and my deposit will be used partially for storage costs owing and I can still rescue my container. I had to learn the hard way that gmails are bouncing back, no answers to loads of emails and no help whatsoever!! What a disgrace!!
I went yesterday to Sebenza Police Station, and what a surprise!! Friendly, helpful, caring and much more. It was refreshing to find that service was so excellent! Thanks AO Mokoena!
I actually would have like to give a 0 review!! I was a member for 20yrs+, when I cancelled last year it was that I am going abroad. I cancelled up to Feb, but plans changed and I wanted 1 more month membership only to be told I need to sign another contract to do the month....which means 1 or 2 yrs debit orders for only 1 month to use gym facilities. That is actually how big companies make money, theres no care about your problem, just pay and they collect your money!!! PATHETIC

I am waiting 1.5 weeks for Vodacom to get back to me regarding voicenotes they have to listen to solve my query. Randall was the only person out of about 7 I spoke to, to assist me. Can he please phone me in finalising all queries?
First of all, its about sales. Wrong information is supplied and when accounts are received its the opposite of what is discussed. I am so unhappy I just don't even want to know about Vodacom. I end up paying double for devices after I made it clear if account is terminated. I canclled 1 of my numbers, but was ignored. I end up paying R600 extra for 4 months due to understanding, and theres no use for voice recordings if it does not benefit Vodacom. Then, why do I have to pay by 27th if I only get paid last day of the month? Does Vodacom not make enough money employing not qualified people? I tried phoning 3x, I went to Vodacom and they end up phoning Vodacom, the 4th time I got to speak with someone. It costed her to phone me 5 times in day to understand I was double charged on devices. Pathetic useless Vodacom!!!
From the word go it has been poor advice, I was referred by financial adviser to make use of the insurance part of Optimum. It was a problem to get an agreement with correct info on, then no monthly statement. I had to give them 2 a year my recon. I then finally cancelled the insurance and I was informed that I get a refund back end of March. I was happy and thought finally they get their act together. As from today, I am still waiting for refund from them. PLEASE DON'T MAKE USE OF THEM...save yourself a major headache and get a bit more expensive insurance, in the long run, if you wait for proper documentation, imagine what would happen should you put in a claim!!!
