I received one of their oven dishes for my wedding as a gift and 3 years later it formed a hairline crack through the one corner. I've always been super careful with my prized dishes so was so sad when this happened. I emailed Le Creuset to ask about their 5 year warranty and they swapped it out for a brand new one! There was no waiting, and all correspondence was positive. Thank you, Le Creuset, for being a diamond in the rough!
I have been supporting Studio22 for many years, easily since 2007. Unfort over these years it seems the service has been declining. However, despite many errors from them over previous orders, I have still continued to use them.<br> <br> Recently it has got to a stage where it feels like pulling teeth trying to get info from them. Emails are responded to hrs later & with single, short sentences, which result in hrs of back & forth to get a simple answer.<br> <br> 95% of calls are turned away as the staff are \always too busy". I'm appalled at the service regarding a credit card issued to me. I was contacted by Louisa Ndebele who offered me a credit card. <br> <br> To get a quote I had to go through the \application process"and was assured nothing would be done until I accepted the quote. I was also assured I'd get a reference number for the call which I never did. I also never received the quote. <br> <br> This weekend I started getting smses saying my credit card was ready for collection and I saw it linked on my account. WHO APPROVED THIS??? <br> <br> If you listen to the recording I am quite plain when I say \""I approve for a QUOTE to be sent to me but I DO NOT approve the credit card\"". <br> <br> During the conversation with Louisa I asked are there any costs involved with a credit card.
