First time ever a business accuses me of being a **** The website might be confusing or even misleading when it comes to delivery - but even if I got that wrong, which is possible...I'm then told about my family member who will collect in CPT when I am in JHB and have no family there(had the website been clearer this issue could've been avoided) and when I tell them about this...they claim nobody on their side mentioned family...that I'm telling them I have no family there when they never even asked about it...then they're quick to point out the calls are recorded...until I demand the recording (my legal right) to show them they're wrong...then suddenly they aren't sending the recording anymore. I'm hung up on nothing and must get over it😂 Then they accuse me of swearing when I haven't to end the call Anyone who calls me a ****, braggs about call recordings, then chickens out of sending the recording and lies about me swearing to get off the call - probably isn't worth doing business with

I would give no stars if I could. Poor print quality and after sending my photos to a random Postnet, despite having my address, told me to phone Postnets to find out which one they'd sent it to!

What a great experience I had with Studio 22. They had a special on coffee table books and I did 8 books as Christmas gifts. because of the volumes they had to work through, they had to extend the date of delivery. I had a timeline problem and contacted them. Estelle and Carike bent backwards to accommodate my need and my timeline and I did receive my books in time. i am so pleased with their dedication and the extra mile.

They have horrible service, i had to have my photos redone 2 twice and they still hadn't printed all of them, some of them where printed with orange marks all over them. I gave up and printed the rest of my photos somewhere else

I have been supporting Studio22 for many years, easily since 2007. Unfort over these years it seems the service has been declining. However, despite many errors from them over previous orders, I have still continued to use them.<br> <br> Recently it has got to a stage where it feels like pulling teeth trying to get info from them. Emails are responded to hrs later & with single, short sentences, which result in hrs of back & forth to get a simple answer.<br> <br> 95% of calls are turned away as the staff are \always too busy". The latest time I was told to \""just keep waiting\"" and Reinhardt will eventually get back to me as he has \""emails from the previous day to still get through\"".<br> <br> Either Reinhardt is super slow or they need to employ more relief staff"

I have been supporting Studio22 for many years, easily since 2007. Unfort over these years it seems the service has been declining. I am totally apauled and speechless at the disgusting service I just received from Kurt at Studio 22. The treatment I received from the Owner himself, Kurt was shocking. After receiving the incorrect information from his staff members, he accused me of lying directly to my face and treated me like an imbicil and a child, after I heard one of the staff members stating she had informed us of the incorrect pricing he did not apologise to me. I suggest he trains his staff members correctly to give the clients the correct information and he definitely needs people skills!!!

I am totally apauled and speechless at the disgusting service I just received from Kurt at Studio 22. The treatment I received from the Owner himself, Kurt was shocking. After receiving the incorrect information from his staff members, he accused me of lying directly to my face and treated me like an imbicil and a child, after I heard one of the staff members stating she had informed us of the incorrect pricing he did not apologise to me. I suggest he trains his staff members correctly to give the clients the correct information and he definitely needs people skills!!!

Some time ago I purchased equipment from Studio22. The equipment, fortunately, comes supplied with a power supply. There is also a battery pack available for the equipment. At the time of purchase, Studio22 had 1 battery pack in stock. When I inquired about the availability of the battery pack, staff could not find it
