I have been supporting Studio22 for many years, easily since 2007. Unfort over these years it seems the service has been declining. However, despite many errors from them over previous orders, I have still continued to use them.<br> <br> Recently it has got to a stage where it feels like pulling teeth trying to get info from them. Emails are responded to hrs later & with single, short sentences, which result in hrs of back & forth to get a simple answer.<br> <br> 95% of calls are turned away as the staff are \always too busy". The latest time I was told to \""just keep waiting\"" and Reinhardt will eventually get back to me as he has \""emails from the previous day to still get through\"".<br> <br> Either Reinhardt is super slow or they need to employ more relief staff"
