I would give no stars if I could. Poor print quality and after sending my photos to a random Postnet, despite having my address, told me to phone Postnets to find out which one they'd sent it to!
I purchased an item and they claimed to deliver it, but it was never delivered to me- it was supposedly signed for by someone who doesn't even work at the company I work for. Now they are insisting it was delivered and ignoring my emails. Beware of this **** website. The previous order I placed with them I ordered a Mango cardigan size M, and they delivered a shoddy blazer (which smelt like it had previously been worn) in a size L.
Attempted to buy a goldair air cooler at builder's express n1 city at a promotional price which they would not give me unless I signed up for the builder's card. The stated discount made no mention of any T&C's attached to the discounted price. Horrible service from the managers when asked.
I would give them no stars if I could. I booked a flight the DAY BEFORE they cancelled all their flights (so they were still taking people's money even though surely by then they knew they wouldn't be able to fulfill the service), and I have emailed them for a refund probably 30 times. NO RESPONSE. I called their "service centre" only to be told they could "do nothing" and they they don't have a number for the refunds department but that they will reply to me "sometime". I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This is disgusting- Kulula is just robbing people at this point to try prop up their failing business.
Don't buy a Trellidor to "secure" your home. Took the robbers 3 minutes to pop the locks open and get into our flat. Absolutely useless.
I placed an order on their Woolies Dash App early in the morning on 2 March to be delivered between 14:00 and 15:00, and then my husband said he'd do the shopping so I went to cancel it at 11:00. However, the App refused to cancel the order, so I emailed their help... An hour later no response.... so I emailed again.... still no reply... then I called the number and the consultant said she'd cancelled it. Well, I didn't receive the order, but it's still active in the app and the payment is still out of my bank account and hasn't been refunded. Never use the Woolies Dash App, it has so many bugs, and the "help" clearly doesn't work (I emailed them a third time and called them a second time on 3 March and I still don't have my money back).
The most frustrating company to try resolve an issue with. I bought a jacket for my husband's 40th off the website, they deliver a completely different jacket to me so I email a photo of the wrong jacket that was delivered next to an image of what I ordered to their "online help". A few hours l get an email saying my issue has been resolved! So I call them to let them know it has not been fixed, and they tell me that I must go to a store to return it when it was THEIR mistake, after telling them no- they made the mistake so they must collect, they say they'll collect it from me. 5 days later, nothing has been done. So I log the issue again, and 5 MINUTES LATER I get an email saying it's resolved when I STILL HAVE THE WRONG JACKET AND NO REFUND. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE!!!!! They will send the wrong product and refuse to correct THEIR mistake.
So I have given my parents money over the years when needed and as I'm now getting married they decided to save and give me some money towards my wedding. As soon as they put it in my account, I start getting emails to establish where I work, pay tax, demands for my tax information, threats to suspend my account if I don't go into a branch with proof of residence, just wasting my time and threatening me and harassment. The reason I opened an fnb account was because I didn't have to go into a branch to do so but now I must go during a pandemic because they want to be a$$holes. Time to open a Capitec account.
If I could give no stars I would. I tried to do a return where they collect, but the person who came to collect called my landline ONCE (and I happen to have stepped away from my desk) and then I received three emails saying that they tried to collect my return but I wasn't available. ONE call is NOT trying. So then after emailing their customer services twice, eventually I get a response to say they'll arrange for collection the next day. Nevermind that I stated twice that I wouldn't be available the next day. So I contact them to cancel the next day collection, but guess what, they pitch up anyway, I'm not there, and I get ANOTHER email saying they tried to collect but I wasn't available despite me telling them twice that I wouldn't be. MAKE SURE YOU ABSOLUTELY WANT SOMETHING OFF THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE THEY'LL DO THEIR UTMOST TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE STUCK WITH IT.
Another retailer that takes your money, and doesn't deliver. I tried to use the 60 app this morning, after having to restart the app several times as it kept getting stuck and closing, I managed to place an order. I then received no notifications and eventually an email to say the driver was outside, so I look outside to see him driving off and now my order is canceled. However, they have not refunded me nor replied to the 2 emails I've sent to their help Centre. They just steal your money, blame the customer for their own iniquity, and then ignore you.
