First time ever a business accuses me of being a **** The website might be confusing or even misleading when it comes to delivery - but even if I got that wrong, which is possible...I'm then told about my family member who will collect in CPT when I am in JHB and have no family there(had the website been clearer this issue could've been avoided) and when I tell them about this...they claim nobody on their side mentioned family...that I'm telling them I have no family there when they never even asked about it...then they're quick to point out the calls are recorded...until I demand the recording (my legal right) to show them they're wrong...then suddenly they aren't sending the recording anymore. I'm hung up on nothing and must get over it😂 Then they accuse me of swearing when I haven't to end the call Anyone who calls me a ****, braggs about call recordings, then chickens out of sending the recording and lies about me swearing to get off the call - probably isn't worth doing business with
I booked repairs this Tuesday, 196186862, and the repairs were scheduled for this Thursday at my place of work. Thursday came and nobody contacted me or arrived, so I contacted Dell - they rescheduled for today at my home address. Today came and they claimed ticket 196186862 did not exist - until I sent them the screenshot - then magically it existed again, but was linked to someone else with a different address and contact details...apparently. I have now spent almost 2.5hours today getting a new ticket for Monday, and have subsequently lost 4 days worth of income. Dell claim to have a no compensation policy while admitting to being in breach of their warrantee policy in jy case. They are clearly trying to avoid honoring my warrantee which is still valid until September 2025 - whatever you do - never buy Dell. No only can I not get my warrantee honoured but my work laptop keeps restarting itself over and over - rendering me unable to work - absent compenation. No honesty, no integrity, no service

I bought 3 jerseys from Box Jersey on 2 May 2024. I have received nothing. Today, after 10 weeks, I found out they were too scared to ship 2/3 to South Africa because I might not be happy with them...despite no communication. The excuse being that they are custom jerseys when infact they are not. The other one has been in South Africa for about 3 weeks, I reveived a photo (strangely no custom jersey issue on that one) and they claim to have handed it over to Courier Guy...apparently shocked I haven't received it yet...but cannot supply me with a Tracking Number...apparently because Courier Guy go to them as opposed to them going to Courier Guy!? Now I must apparently wait a month for my refund...which I doubt will ever happen. Beware and do not shop
I bought from Pitch Invader for the first time in December 2023 (Pitch 1428) to my dismay 1 of the 3 football shirts was incorrectly sized, despite the label showing Large. I reported this and was ignored. I bought another 3 football shirts in January 2024 (Pitch1440) and to date, 1 of those 3 still haven't arrived...3mths later. Still I bought another 6 football shirts in March 2024 (Pitch1521). Only 5 arrived, still excluding the January one too. The Medium I got my dad for his birthday is bigger then a Medium should be, just like 1 of the 3 from January were smaller than a Large should be. Ontop of this, 1 today's football shirts came with the wrong name and number print on the back, the player from the now missing shirt - meaning I would have 2 away jerseys and no third kit jerseys...if the missing one ever even arrives I have reported this to the owner, and just Luke with the first sizing issue in January...I am being ignored. Worst shopping experience of my life
I signed up this weekend, for the up to 100% match on first deposit (Sports Promo) I selected it, deposited money...yet had no bonus added. So I questioned it today via the online chat...and was told their system showed I didn't do what I know I did...and as such the advertised deal would not be honoured. And had I taken screenshots of what I selected when signing up, I would've been helped!? Who takes screenshots of this type of thing...seems pretty bizarre and fishy to me. So I left a review here and Betway claimed their attempted calls to me went straight to VM - even though my phone is always on. Then my review was removed...so I am now reposting it as I feel people deserve to know what they are dealing with. If it's made impossible to get an advertised promo I can only imagine what it must be like getting money out. Maybe I'll hit a jackpot and their system will just say I didn't!? I don't feel it's worthwile being somewhere where you have to take screenshots of everything you do - so I will be moving my business elsewhere and would suggest anyone reading this do the same

I've now taken it up on the contact us chat, and they say the system shows I decline the free money option, which is as bizarre as it is BS. So beware of Betway false advertising. If this is how signup goes...Imagine winning something - they'll just say the system says you didn't and not pay you out. Complete ****mers. The (lying)system is God, it's the be all and end all...I'm sure it can tell me what I had for breakfast too...Thanks Gareth and beware South Africa. Rather take your money elsewhere if betting
I have a 4mg ADSL line, costing R599p/m since August 2017. I just received a bill of R2200, Apparently I upgraded to a 10mg line on 03 November ****rue) which costs 799p/m, so they say I have underpaid by R200x5 months (R1000) But R1000 +R599 still is not R2200??? Also, the area I live in can only support up to a 4mg line?? (Installation Impossible) Pathetic, I am going to have months of hassles with reversing debit orders, which affects my ITC score too!! Stay away from Telkom, they have no clue what is going on, how to bill, or how to fix this issue!! They even tried billing me R2500 initially in August last year as an installation fee, even though I opted for the free self installation!!! Endless issues...
<p>I rented a car for the first time in my life, during a 9 day holiday in Cape Town recently, and have heard alot of horror stories about it. I opted for a lesser known name so as not to use a Credit card for payment, as the holiday would not have been possible without wheels. To my surprise everything has worked out perfectly. I was met at the airport, quick inspection was done and forms filled out. Car gave no problems, and upon returning the vehicle there were no hassels either. I received my deposit back 3 days earlier than expected, to the promised amount without so much as a phone call or email about it from my side. All in all i experienced excellent, professional, friendly and quick service throughout. i will definitely use this company again, and gladly recommend them to anyone</p>
