I had a cartrack device in my car. The car was written of by insurance in December and towed to a s****yard. I have paid for a device re installation on the 222nd of January. It is now the 5th of March. I have phoned, sent mails etc. but still nothing. The old device certainly will not still be at the towing yard now. Today I phoned and said I would rather cancel and low and behold. I must pay them a cancellation fee of R2600!!! For a service I don't get!!! The contract was broken by them.
I gave 1 star because 0 was not an option. This is the worst courier company in South Africa. *****ing from their clients. I bought something valuable from Amazon, after being told it arrived for pick up I went to the warehouse. The package was tampered with and the contents ****** or rather exchanged for a cheap shirt. The seal broken etc. Now I am the one who must resolve the matter with Amazon. Aramex just pull up their shoulders. R6500 down the ****ing drain. I called a woman Candice Amon from Aramex who just told me to phone Amazon and lay police charge. I did. Now Amazon says it shows I picked up the package. I have video footage of the tampered package as well as a video where the guy at Aramex sats he cam see the package was tampered with.
This is possibly the worst delivery company in the whole of Sout Africa. Lies among lies among lies. The story of why I haven't received the parcel yet changes by the hour. And yes, I am still waiting!!!!!
I am absolutely furious at Absa Vehicle finance and their loyalty program, for lack of a better word "****". I was in an accident and my car was subsequently written of and my insurance then settled the car with Absa. Now this is why i am disgusted to say the least. On their settlement quote it clearly states that if i finance my new car from them that i qualify for a cash back of just over R14000. This played a part in me deciding to finance through them again. Who would not? Now after enquiring i was told that i do not qualify because the car was settled by my insurance and not me. What bull**** is that. What difference does it make who settled the account, as long as its settled right?? On Hello Peter i found someone complaining about a similar incident where she was told she did not apply to Absa herself, but the dealership did. Again, to me that just looks like a way to get out of paying. I cannot stress enough how disappointed i am in Absa as an institution. This
I recently had the pleasure of buying a new car from KIA Amanzimtoti. I am not only in awe of my new Seltos, but I am super impressed with the way these guys go about making the buying experience painless and memorable. A special mention goes out to the salesman Eric. He went above and beyond, even brought my numberplates to my home and even fit it. That was a first for me. This is my first KIA, but from the looks of it, not my last.
