I called Savvy Civils out to fix a problem in May 2022. They came and installed a part, which did not solve the problem. I called them out again, they still did not fix the problem. I called again but no one came out. I then had to go to Durban and I never heard from them again. On my return to Jhb I had to call out another contractor who did identify and fix the problem. I then received an sms in Feb 2023 from Savvy Civils (9 months later) requesting me to pay the bill. I had never received an invoice and did not know what I was paying for. After lengthy delays, corresponding with an email address which says "please be advised that this mailbox is not monitored continuously" and the only mailbox which I can communicate with them, they sent me the invoice 11 months later charging me for the part which was not the problem. Very poor service Savvy Civils. I will never use you again nor recommend your services.
They provided an excellent, professional and quick service. Very knowledgeable and experienced installers for plumbing required for water storage and pressurizing the system. They used only good quality fittings and equipment.

Cool Ideas is not so very cool. I have been waiting since 16th May 2019 for fibre connection. Today is the 10th June 2019. The initial response was really quick but things then seemed to fall off the wall. I constantly have to phone them to find out what is happening with the installation. I have now been waiting 10 days for the router to be despatched to me after providing them with the "B" number from OpenServe. Not very good customer service Cool Ideas.,
Took my Bernina 334D overlocker into Bernina Northmead, Benoni, on 26th January for repairs. Technician phoned me on 29th to tell me that there was a problem with the looper and that I also needed a new motor. I was most surprised as the motor was only 3 years old and the machine had hardly been used since then. I told him to only fix the looper and service the machine. I would deal with the motor at a later stage.<br> <br> Today, 23rd February (4 weeks later), I go to collect my machine as I had heard nothing from Bernina. They say they had tried to contact me but no message was left on my cell.<br> <br> Nothing, nothing, nothing had been done to the machine. After 4 weeks it was exactly the same as when I had taken it in. Not on Bernina, really bad service and communication. I will never take my machines to your branch in Northmead again.
