South African Payment Exchange have been debiting money from my bank account which they are using different Reference every month and I do not know them nor have I authorised the debit order. They deduct R99.99 every month and when I return the debit order they run it again thereafter. This has affected my credit record and would like to warn everybody about these fraudsters!
Appalling service, a Tebogo Legodi from the call centre has just put me on hold for more than 10 minutes after I've asked to speak to his team leader as he wasn't keen to assist me get an insurance on my decoder. This is unacceptable so early in the morning and the team leader Zandile Ntshangase comes through without even apologising for my holding so long or the inconvenience from her team member.....
I have been so humiliated, inconvenienced and time wasted by the manager of a Standard bank Airways branch. She is so rude and incompetent (no knowledge product) she wasted two days of my time by something that could’ve have been sorted out in 10 minutes had she learned to listen and contacted the Fica helpdesk if she wasn’t sure. Now my problem can only be resolved tomorrow and currently I can’t access my account as it is frozen, I wonder what will happen with my debit orders? When I took the documents that were required for FICA to her she instructed that the documents are incorrect, I then had to call the Fica helpdesk and had to return to her branch to advise her that the documents were correct according to FICA I even made the email printout that listed the documents that can be submitted she still refused to assist me. I had to beg her to call the helpdesk and that took her an hour for her to resolve this and only to find out that I was right all along. I am so livid and she made my banking experience an unpleasant one and trust that no one has to go through this. As it is I need money but I can’t as my account is frozen and can only access my funds tomorrow! This is totally unacceptable. Unhappy client
