It is absolutely astounding to me that some people are allowed to work in retail. I had the most harrowing experience today, it truly left me shaking. I have had extensive issues with the Vuse Pods leaking. I was told that if the pod is half full or more, I may exchange it. I make a point of everytime one leaks, I take it in for an exchange. I think the lady at the counter is pretty tired of me BUT the proof is in the pudding, and I feel it is terrible that the Pods continue to leak. The old ones NEVER did this. Anyways, so today I went past the store. I was actually there to trade in my old device for the newer version and I also happened to have a leaking pod which was almost full which I requested an exchange for. There were 2 ladies at the counter. The one lady was the one assisting me and the other knew who I was but was in the background. When she came a bit closer I asked her a question and she literally ignored me. She continued to ignore me the entire time. The lady assisting me said that the reason she is not talking to me is because she is not the one helping me. She was downright rude and I could actually not believe I was experiencing this in that moment. My 9 year old has better manners than this lady. I was asking her questions about my return and she flat out ignored me- not as in she couldn’t hear me; she could, she was a meter away, but she instead decided to act like a child, to a customer. The lady assisting me said that they are tired of me bringing back leaking pods and that she had to check with her manager first if she was allowed to. She said I am the only person that keeps returning them. Listen, if your pods didn’t leak then I wouldn’t be there .. Anyways, I am still shook at the lack of customer service, being ignored by a grown woman whom is supposed to be answering to a customer, and just overall terrible customer service. I have been there numerous times and she has never had a friendly persona. She atleast spoke and answered questions prior to today. It is astounding to me that she is allowed to work in customer service. She certainly does not look like she is interested in being there. I truly hope something comes of this. Respect is a 2 way street, and I was always kind; perhaps annoying doing constant exchanges, but always kind.

Absolutely awful. Do not waste your time or money using this agency. Terribly unprofessional and ********* agency.

I am fed up.... Ordered in February; paid the deposit and was talk +- 6 weeks. Was contacted to pay the outstanding amount which I did, and was told delivery would take place that week. Weeks later, still no tables and chairs. Follow up after follow up, and numerous excuses, I FINALLY received my table! This being 3 months later. I am STILL waiting for my chairs. I was told due to numerous reasons, there were delays. After almost zero correspondence from the company, I finally got told "...I am so sorry, I have requested a refund on the chairs from my supplier we can't wai any longer.".. This was on 21 June 22. Now, another 2 weeks later, and many messages.. ZERO CORRESPONDENCE.. I will not give up on this issue until the funds have been received but I am writing this message in the hopes that others learn from my mistake.
