Impeccable Service
Wow!!! Alwin has been amazing - as first time international travellers and under very strenuous conditions, we felt we were in the safest and best hands possible. Alwin has the patience of a Saint, and took care of all our flight details ... going way beyond our expectations. So grateful for the impeccable service.

Don’t bother ordering from One Day Only
... where is my order? This is so ridiculous that it is now 20 days since I ordered and officially 10 working days and still nothing and the tracking system is so vague it is pointless.

Blatant Thievery and breach of their security
We had storage unit/s at Absolute Storage for years and during the course of 2016 our 1 x unit was totally ransacked and large appliances as well as random items like leather couch cushions, microwave, metal braai, electronic scanner, printer etc. was stolen. Our 2nd unit which was in a different location on the site was so badly insulated that we had major water damage, damp, dust/sand like you can't believe as this facility is next to a Build-It. When confronting Neil our case and damages were totally ignored and brushed aside. Very conveniently for Absolute Storage, the camera above our broken-in unit did not pick up the footage of what was happening right underneath the camera. They eventually had a legal person respond and refer us to their T&Cs. This whole experience wreaked of an inside job and lack of management and even Neil himself said that ours was not the only incident and that they hadfired the security guard who they believed was in on the "break-ins" during a period in 2015/2016. What a disgrace and pardon the pun, Absolute BS@!#$t - that they couldn't even remotely compensate us for the losses of +-R160,000. Don't store here unless you have solid household insurance and don't value your goods as it will be destroyed or stolen.

DOHA - THEE Worst public service depratment in the world!
I have been waiting for over a year now for an Unabridged Birth Certificate that I applied for in CPT on 6 Sept 2016. The document exists as my sister-in-law received it in Dec 2016 from the Edenvale office, but no matter how much I call the customer service centre weekly, no matter how much they tell me it has been escalated and is in progress - I still have absolutely nothing. This must be the most useless public service delivery department in the world!!!!! And they DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it.
