I have rented a car from Woodford Care hire from 11 Feb- 18 Feb from Cape Town international through rentalcar.com (**********84 ref#). When I arrived there I was told that they do not accept debit cards and that i need to transfer the funds via carhire.com to another car hire place. The cars that were available were SUV's and mini vans which I didn't want. And the Woodford agent was not very helpful in assisting me. I then contacted carhire.com. They assured me they will refund me as soon as Woodford repay their money. Up to-date which is a month later no refunds were received. According to rentalcar.com Woodford is not getting back to them. I will give the same review to them as this is really an eye opener and I will never make use of their services again.

I ordered a new data device (router) from Vodacom around the 17th of February 2015- I phoned a few times since then but they are either off-line or I am being told that the router is out of stock - no other options apparently available. They gave me a tracking number for the couriers - the couriers did not even receive the router as yet - I phoned Vodacom again a few minutes back to once again be told they are off-line and I need to phone them back later or they will phone me back(this is already 1 month later). If the router is for such a long time out of stock shouldn't they advise me of an alternative? Is Vodacom not suppose to remove items they cannot supply from their items advertised to the public?
