USELESS USELESS USELESS
on the 16th november, my ceiling collapsed after the hail storm, reported to standard bank, next 2 days guys came out to quote for ceilings, painting, flooring and kitchen cupboards.<br> accessor came out from ELITE consulting on the friday 20th nov. sent emails, called everyday, took them until 26th nov to appoint a pool person and hand in accessors report. still today no answer on any email or a manager calling back.<br> spoke to neville today, lets see what happens im not holding my breathe and i have a huge hole in my roof.<br> time to change banks.<br> really pissed at STANDARD BANK utterly USELESS

My Family were held up and harmed in an armed robbery not to long ago.<br> our insurance company put us on to Cathy Lipman and her family at Oro Hyde Park jewellers .<br> I must say the service was brilliant and they really empathise with what has happened to the family. Cathy came out a few times and saw my mom and my missus at our home, we went to their shop once and everything was organised and delivered and whatever needed to be changed and or sized was done with a smile. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs a good experience.<br> many thanks Oro Hyde park jewellers and well done , very professional compassionate company.
